Divorce coaching provides structured, one-on-one support to help you navigate the complexities of separation. It combines emotional guidance with practical strategies, empowering you to make informed decisions, manage stress, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

As we embrace a new year, I want to take a moment to acknowledge something that often goes unspoken: new beginnings can feel just as overwhelming as they are hopeful—especially when you’re navigating separation, divorce, or major relationship changes.
If this past year brought difficult decisions, emotional exhaustion, or uncertainty about what comes next, please know this—you are not behind, broken, or failing. You are in transition.
Divorce coaching is about helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional support. It’s a space where you don’t have to explain or defend your feelings, where practical guidance meets compassion, and where your wellbeing matters just as much as the legal or parenting decisions you’re facing.
In the year ahead, my commitment remains the same:
To support you through difficult conversations and decisions
To help you reduce conflict and emotional overwhelm
To guide you toward healthier co-parenting and personal boundaries
To help you rebuild your sense of self and stability, one step at a time
Whether you are just beginning to consider your options, are already in the middle of the process, or are trying to find your footing after divorce, you do not have to do this alone.
If 2026 is the year you choose clarity over chaos and support over silence, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Wishing you peace, strength, and gentle progress in the year ahead.

Trini Christmas is the best: Don't let your ex ruin it
Managing a Difficult Ex During the Christmas Season
Parang in the air, traffic, last minute shopping, family limes, making pastelles, and that unspoken pressure to “look happy.” But if you’re dealing with a difficult ex, this time of year can feel extra draining.
Here’s how to protect your peace and keep the holidays calm for you and your children:
Keep Communication Brief, Clear & Neutral.
Even if they want to pick a fight, you don’t have to engage. Speak like you’re sending a message to a co-worker: short, polite, and straight to the point. No added emotions, no back-and-forth.
2. Expect Last Minute Pressure - Don’t Absorb It.
At Christmas, plan often shift. Family limes pop up, aunties pass through unexpectedly, and coworkers want to take one after work. If your ex uses this to manipulate or guilt trip you, stay grounded. You can choose flexibility without allowing disrespect.
3. Stick to the Agreed Holiday Schedule
Whether it’s court-ordered or something you negotiated, your schedule is there to give the children stability. If your ex keeps pushing boundaries, respond calmly with, “Let’s stick to the agreement we have in place.” Remember: it’s what ever is in the best interest of the children, not what either of you want or find most convenient.
4. Don’t Let Outside Pressure Control You.
Try to keep out the noise — people, especially the elders love to comment: “Allyuh can’t make it work, it’s Christmas.” “What about the children?” “Put on a happy face.”
No one knows what you’re dealing with behind closed doors. Protect your peace. Protect your children. Stay firm.
5. Create a Safe Space for Your Children
Children feel tension even if you don’t say a word. Give them reassurance, warmth and consistency. Your ex may be chaotic but your home doesn’t have to be.
6.Don’t Take the Bait
If your ex tried to ruin your peace with sarcastic comments, blaming, using the kids as messengers, last minute changes, and emotional manipulation. Walk away from the argument. Silence is a powerful response. Not every provocation deserves your energy.
7. Focus on Creating Memories
Whether you’re making sorrel, singing along to soca parang, or having a quiet holiday this year, the season is yours to enjoy how you’d like. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
8.Get Support
Lean on a friend, sibling, or support professional. You don’t have to navigate a difficult ex alone.
A difficult ex can drain the joy out of the holidays…if you let the,.
This Christmas, choose peace, clarity, and boundaries. You deserve a season that feels safe, steady and meaningful, regardless of what your ex is doing.
If managing your ex is draining your energy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Message me for coparenting support, conflict-free communication guidance, or help creating a peaceful holiday plan for you and your children.
