Each week a different module will be covered and MCQ questions will be done at the end of each Module.
Week 1 for Unit 2 begins with Crime & Devaince. We will be covering in detail the Functionalist, Marxist, Interactionist, Feminist, Social Ecology, Sub cultural and Physiological theories on crime and deviance. We will also focus on C&D from a Caribbean perspective.
Classes will be done remotely on Google Teams.

Why did you do CAPE Sociology? Is it because at University you plan on majoring in either Law, Psychology, Politics, International Relations, Sociology or Business?
Are you however struggling with Unit 2? Are you having a hard time grasping the theories of Crime, Population Growth, Development and Globalisation?
Well look no further!! Mr. Gray has decided to commence his Unit 2 Sociology lessons class for the academic year 2017-2018.
Classes are very interactive and Mr. Gray ensures by way of his class notes, handouts and power point presentations that ALL of his students are able to easily grasp the Sociological perspectives of Unit 2.
Please be guided however, that spaces are limited as the classroom size is fairly small. Classes will be held in St. Augustine on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Gray has indicated that due to space constraints only one Unit for Sociology can be offered this year. There has been requests for both Unit one and two. However, which ever Unit is filled first, Mr. Gray will be teaching that said Unit.
