If it is one thing I took away from the IOC Young Leaders Program is the need for more collaboration and alignment.
21st Century Leadership requires the need for identifying organisations with shared vision and mission, sharing spaces and supporting organization's so the reach of the message is further and wider...

I've been in sport for many years and I've always been shy to tap into Government Resources for Sport. Ik weird right... Lol.
But this iChoose Sport Building Internal Structures offered insight into a gap I had in understanding the Grant Funding system and also the Legal expectations for Sport Organisations - CROS etc
It's always good to see familiar faces and sit on the other side of stage watching and supporting their work in sport.
