WE PASSES OUR EXAMS!! 🥳🥳🥳
Today we celebrate our little flowers! 10 of our young dancers took their 1st ballet exams last Saturday and we are happy to announce that they all successfully passed with Distinctions (A) and Merits (B)!
Why is this such a big deal?? Be patient. I'm about to ramble 😌😆.

1. We love celebrating our dancers wins! 😌🥳

2. Three of the ten dancers started dancing with us for the 1st time last term and has never done ballet before! These little but great feats are nothing short but amazing! We as humans don't naturally walk turned out, or have to point our feet before every step. Even learning to jump while maintaining your turn out, learning how to lift in your centre and keep it there, jump, skip and gllop while pointing your toes and stretching you legs under you and doing it all while looking effortless. My list can go on and on.😅

For little ones to think about these things and train their bodies to do what is required in such a short space of time and remember mulitple exercises, is such a beautiful thing to see and witness. It's heavy for them but their determination comes through everytime!

Dance is such a beautiful art! Ballet challenges the body AND the mind! This is where you decide if you love what you do... if you're willing to sacrifice all that it requires as you grow in this art.

My dancers are amazing🥰. I am a very proud teacher and humbled by the lessons they continue to teach me. 🙏

Well done ladies! You are flowers who deserve your flowers!! 💐💐💐👏👏👏

Our team at ACES Dance Academy recently stepped out and entered our very first Hip Hop competition… and by God’s grace, we won both divisions we entered 🙏🏽🔥
Now, these young dancers have been given an incredible opportunity — to represent Trinidad and Tobago at Hip Hop International in Arizona this July 🇹🇹🌎
For many of them, this is more than just a trip. It’s years of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and a dream finally becoming real.
But we need your help to get there.
We are raising funds to cover airfare, accommodations, registration, and meals, and every single contribution—no matter how small—makes a difference.
