To any willing and interested person/ past students,

As you are aware, the pandemic has caused a ripple effect that many private institutions such as the above-mentioned school are still recovering from. As a budding early year practitioner, I am tasked with carrying out a fundraising or donation venture to advocate for funds to assist a school in its area of need.

The Ministry of Education has recently released guidelines for the reopening of Early Childcare Centers throughout the country together with the general condition that they are required to be in. Due to the closure of physical schools for the past two years, many are in dire need of upgrade/maintenance. Arising from the above, the school’s administrator together with myself has embarked on a renovation drive focusing on several key areas. These include:

1. Construction of a sanitization station with the necessary supplies and equipment.
2. Repainting and uplifting the interior and exterior of the school.
3. Rewiring of existing electrical infrastructure.

In an attempt to ensure that the requisite works are completed efficiently and cost-effectively, I am hereby asking for your donation in the form of cash or kind or your services in any of the aforementioned renovation works. As a past student of this esteemed institution, you are aware of the school’s commitment to quality and we hope that you will assist in this noble venture.
