Providing quality education to nation's children through 21st Century Education. Avocat Vedic (A.P.S.) School, located at St.
John Trace Junction, Siparia Old Road, Avocat Village, Fyzabad, was established on November 01, 1954. Our catchment area extends to Harris Village in the East, Thompson Trace in the West, Avocat Junction in the North and Massahood Junction in the South. There was one “barn-type” building which housed all pupils then. Today, there are three buildings which house eighteen (18) individual classrooms,

This Father’s Day, we proudly pay tribute to the dedicated male members of staff, both teaching and support, whose guidance, commitment and positive influence help shape the lives of our pupils every day.
Special recognition is extended to our Vice Principal, Mr. Rabindra Bachan, whose years of dedicated service, quiet strength and steadfast support continue to inspire both staff and students alike.

Congratulations Team AVS!
Divya, Elise and Jayashree proudly represented Avocat Vedic School at the Trinidad & Tobago Triathlon Federation (TTTF) School Series at the National Aquatic Centre, Couva. Despite challenging weather conditions, all three successfully completed their first triathlon without penalties and earned finisher medals.
Special congratulations to Jayashree, who captured 3rd place overall in the Girls 10–11 category!

Infant Year 1 proudly transformed into their favourite superheroes today! From capes to masks, our little heroes brought lots of excitement, smiles and imagination to school. It was wonderful to see their creativity and confidence shining bright as they celebrated the heroes they admire most.

What an exciting day at Avocat Vedic School! As part of a wonderful SporTT initiative, mentor Dinesh Ramdin visited our school and interacted with our budding cricketers, sharing experiences from his journey, motivational words and valuable cricketing tips.
Our pupils enthusiastically welcomed him, eagerly asking questions and soaking up every bit of advice. Coach Beckles was also present for the inspiring session.
To cap off this memorable experience, pupils expressed their appreciation in true AVS style with the lively rhythms of tassa!
A heartfelt thank you to SporTT for investing in our future stars and creating moments that inspire, motivate and ignite a passion for cricket!
