๐ŸŒ World Autism Awareness Day โ€“ Embracing Every Childโ€™s Light ๐Ÿ’™

Today, on World Autism Awareness Day, we pause as a school community to celebrate the beautiful diversity that exists within our children. Every child is uniquely created, wonderfully gifted, and deserving of understanding, patience, and love.

Autism is not something to be โ€œfixedโ€ โ€” it is a different way of experiencing the world. Some children may communicate differently, learn differently, or respond to their environment in ways we may not always understand. But within each child lies incredible potential, brilliance, and a light that deserves to shine.

At Curepe Presbyterian Primary School PTA, we stand firmly in support of inclusion, empathy, and acceptance. We encourage our parents, teachers, and students to:
๐Ÿ’™ Be kind
๐Ÿ’™ Be patient
๐Ÿ’™ Be understanding
๐Ÿ’™ Celebrate differences
Let us continue to build a school culture where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to be their best self.

As a community, when we choose compassion over judgement and understanding over assumption, we create a space where all children can thrive.

โœจ โ€œEvery child has the propensity to learn and be their best if they feel respected, secure, genuinely cared for, and intrinsically valued.โ€

Today, we wear blue not just in awarenessโ€”but in solidarity, love, and unwavering support.
Together, we see the ability, not the disability๐Ÿ’™

๐ŸŸฆ Curepe Presbyterian School Administration & PTA Unite for school Improvement! ๐ŸŸฆ

In this video, we capture an important moment at Curepe Presbyterian School as the School Administration and the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) come together to remove an old, dilapidated storage container from the compound.

Through teamwork and planning the CPS Administration and PTA successfully coordinated its safe disposal โ€” bringing new life and possibilities to the school grounds.

โœจ Why This is Important:
โœ” Frees up much-needed space on the compound
โœ” Improves safety and aesthetics for students and staff
โœ” Demonstrates strong collaboration between school leadership and PTA
โœ” Shows our commitment to creating a better learning environment

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this improvement possible!
