You just find ways that suite their learning capabilities and go with it. As the saying goes not all individuals are ment to be doctors and lawyers. You just work with each student and see what they love and help them achieve their dreams.

We keep thinking as adults that we need to control the way children do things. I wish we’d get out of that. They know how to play, they know how to structure their own play – they need that time to grow responsibly.
