📝 Some lands are held under the Common Law / Old Law / Unregistered System, and some are held under the RPA / Registered System. Each system has its unique characteristics, legal instruments, and conveyancing processes.

✅ Our ‘Land Law and Conveyancing’ course delves into the theoretical underpinnings of land law, and the current conveyancing processes and instruments governing both systems.

✅ Our ‘Title Abstracting and Reporting’ course takes a deep dive into the due diligence aspect of conveyancing to ensure ‘good and marketable’ title in real estate transactions.
