This might be a hard truth but it's true nonetheless.

Hi everyone! 👋🏽
I’m starting a new group called The Resilience Project, and I’d love to have you in there.
It’s a space for monthly challenges focused on emotional resilience and self-understanding. We’re moving past surface-level talk to do the deep, honest work that actually changes how we react to life.
The vibe:
Deep & Reflective: No "toxic positivity."
Your Pace: Observe or dive in—it’s up to you.
The Goal: To stop repeating the same patterns and start feeling settled within yourself.
If you’re feeling a little brave, I’d love for you to be part of it.

Why is it you can build a good life and still feel unsettled inside it?
One reason is this: what we avoid doesn’t disappear, it shows up in how we think, react, and relate.
And what most of us avoid is understanding ourselves.
So we keep trying to change our lives from the outside, without recognizing it’s the patterns within driving the same struggles on repeat.
Real resilience is learning how to face yourself without shutting down or running. This is where you interrupt those patterns and begin to respond differently.
If this is something you are interested in learning more about, please join my Resilience Project group. DM me, to learn more!

She said the moment that changed everything was looking at her son and asking: “Do I want him thinking this is normal?”
That question gave her the strength to walk away. This conversation is honest and we talk about: • toxic relationships • self-blame • isolation • and the courage it takes to leave!
If you or someone you know needs this reminder — listen. 🎙️ It’s live now. Listen anywhere podcast are found. The Conversation With Katy Podcast!

Sometimes saying Thank you, feels like it's not enough but words are sometimes all we have to express the gratitude we feel, for the people who believed in us.
Thank you to my guest Nikisha.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to listen. We do not take your time for granted. #1 Episode in the country today!

This isn’t the story you think it is” You might think this episode is about social media. It’s not.
It’s about what happens when you’ve been through something that almost changes you… and then you decide you’re not staying that version of yourself. This conversation is honest, layered and necessary. I hope you'll listen.

Inspiration comes in many forms and this year, Carnival 2026 has been full of inspiration!
I can't believe that my last podcast episode was November 2022! It's been a struggle to get this new season out but like I said at the start, inspiration comes in many forms and when , one of the persons that I have admired for many years reminded us that "you are only as good as your last performance" it was my opportunity to challenge myself, to push through, to complete a project that was started almost over 2 years ago!
I want to thank and his writing team for the inspiration, he is my dream guest and hopefully one day I'll get to tell him thank you in person but until then: Coming soon, season 4 of the Conversations with Katy Podcast Sunday March 1st 4:00 p.m. Streaming everywhere podcasts are found. I hope you'll listen.

Many women tell me, ‘I don’t even trust my own judgment anymore and that loss of self-trust can feel just as painful as the breakup itself.
I offer online coaching for women who are ready to rebuild trust, confidence and love for themselves after heartbreak. In a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. Understanding not judgemental.
All sessions are done online, so you get supported from the privacy of your home.
