π Meet your facilitator!
Hi, I'm Genevia, and I've spent over 20 years in the world of work helping people grow, develop confidence, and prepare for success.
Throughout my career in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Recruitment, and Leadership roles, I've learned that technical knowledge alone isn't enough. Confidence, communication, professionalism, and authenticity are often the skills that help people stand out.
That's exactly why I created the Workplace Readiness Cohort.
If you're preparing for internships, interviews, your first job, or simply want to feel more confident navigating the professional world, I'd love to help.
