Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,

2015-2016 Erasmus+ Değişimiyle Yurtdışına gidecek/gitmiş öğrencilerimizden OLS sınavına lisans kalmadığı için girememiş bütün öğrencilerimize (güz+bahar+bir yıl) OLS linkleri itu.edu.tr uzantılı mail adreslerine gönderilmiştir. En kısa sürede sınavı online olarak yanıtlayarak sonuçlarını pdf olarak [email protected] adresine "2015-2016 gidiş ols sonucu" konusuyla gönderiniz.

Pozitif değişimlerle gelmeniz dileğimizle iyi bir süreç dileriz.

Dear incoming students,

- As it is announced today, next whole week will be officially holidays so there will be no classes and the offices will be closed. So the add/drop is moved to the following week(between 28th of September and 2nd of October).

- The Student Registrar’s Office has notified us that Erasmus Students will not be able to register to the courses of Dual Degree Undergraduate Programmes.
(BUS, ECO, CIE, ISE, MOD, PAZ, ULP, BEN, ESM, SEN, MTH coded courses)

- Also, for the course registration this week, there are ITU students making registry too and they are forming a line outside of the building. Do not wait in line and directly go inside to Mr. Ilyas Mollaogullari to register your courses.

You can go to Mr. Ilyas from 9.00am to 17.00pm (lunch break between 12.00-13.00)

Erasmus Office visiting hours: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday between 14.00-16.00.

*I have talked to Mr. Ilyas and learned that about 50 students(out of 300) registered their courses so far. So try to do it as soon as possible to not wait in a line whole Friday.

Değerli öğrencilerimiz, Bir öğrenci arkadaşımızın bir İTÜ öğrencisine yakışmayan tavırları sonucu bazı arkadaşlarımızın e-mail adresleri taklit edilerek kendi adlarına karşı kurumlara nahoş mesajlar gönderilmiştir. Konuyla ilgili çalışmayı İTÜ Rektörlüğü ile İTÜ Erasmus Ofisi sürdürmektedir ve Erasmus değişimi açısından canınızı sıkmanızı gerektirecek bir durum yoktur. Ancak ofisimizden ya da itu.edu.tr uzantılı herhangi bir mail adresinden sizlere ya da sizler adına gönderilen şüpheli mesajlara karşı dikkatli olmanız gerektiğini sizlere bildirmek isteriz.

Öğrenci görüşme saatleri kuralı işlerimizin aksamadan yürümesi için öğrencilerin yakınlarını da kapsamaktadır. Lütfen arkadaşlarınızı / yakınlarınızı öğrenci görüşme saatleri (Pzt - Perş 14:00-16:00 arası) dışında ofisimize yönlendirmeyiniz. Kendilerini boş yere yorup kendinize sinirlendirebilirsiniz. :)

İTÜ LA PDF versiyonu hazırlanmıştır. Şu anda LA change belgesi için de benzer bir format hazırlanmaktadır. PDF sürümünü kullanıp eksiklerini bildirirseniz düzeltelim. http://www.eucenter.itu.edu.tr/Belge.aspx?belgeId=16277
