"Your only option is egg donation."

In Türkiye, egg donation is not permitted by law. That single fact shaped our entire practice.
For 29 years, our medical teams have worked exclusively with a woman's own eggs — including in patients with very low ovarian reserve. When there is no donor to fall back on, you refine everything else: stimulation strategy, timing, laboratory conditions, embryo culture decisions, cycle by cycle.
Three decades of that disciplines why our clinical pregnancy rate in patients over 42 is 22%, against a UK national average of 16%.
