Sometimes, opportunities are simply waiting for someone to see their potential.
Recently, I asked my neighbors if I could make use of our shared backyard since it wasn’t being used. With their kind permission, I transformed the space into a learning and play area for children.
After clearing and setting it up, it has become a wonderful outdoor classroom with fresh air, plenty of space to explore, and an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning. Most importantly, the children love it.
This summer, we’ve been holding our classes there, and it’s been a rewarding experience watching the children learn, play, and thrive in nature.
I’m grateful for supportive neighbors, the opportunity to create meaningful learning spaces, and the privilege of teaching and nurturing young minds. Sometimes, the best classrooms don’t have four walls.
