Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
This year, many people across Iran and beyond are carrying deep grief, fear, uncertainty, and loss because of the current war situation. Behind every headline are families, children, displaced communities, and people trying to cope with trauma while continuing daily life.
Grief does not always look like crying.
Sometimes it looks like numbness, anger, exhaustion, difficulty sleeping, anxiety, guilt, or feeling emotionally disconnected.
In times of conflict and crisis, protecting mental health becomes just as important as protecting physical safety. This Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s remember:
• You are not weak for struggling
• Your feelings are valid
• There is no “correct” way to grieve
• Community, connection, and compassion matter
• Seeking support is a sign of strength
Please check in on one another gently.
A simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference.
To those carrying invisible pain right now:
You do not have to carry it alone. 🤍

Thank you for being here, for your trust, your openness, and your courage to grow.
May this year bring you clarity, gentleness with yourself, and the confidence to choose what truly serves your wellbeing. May this year be less about pressure and more about presence.
Less self-criticism, more compassion.
Less surviving, more living.

Yalda Night reminds us that even the longest night carries the promise of light. This night symbolises resilience, connection, and hope. Gathering around warmth, shared stories, and familiar rituals helps regulate our emotions, strengthen bonds, and soothe the nervous system. In moments of darkness whether seasonal or emotional! Yalda teaches us the healing power of togetherness, meaning, and remembering that light always returns.
Happy Yalda Night 🫶🏻
International Migrants Day is observed every year on 18 December to recognise the contributions, resilience, and rights of migrants worldwide. It highlights the social, cultural, and economic value migrants bring to host communities, while also drawing attention to the challenges many face, including displacement, discrimination, and barriers to safety and wellbeing.
International Migrants Day is a time to celebrate diversity, raise awareness, and reaffirm our shared humanity across borders. 18th Dec 💜
Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s self-respect.
What you choose to do consistently today shapes the freedom, peace, and confidence you’ll live in tomorrow. Discipline today is choosing sleep, boundaries, and self-care even when motivation is low, then tomorrow that choice becomes emotional freedom.

These four habits might seem small, but over time they quietly chip away at your confidence.
When you compare your life to others online, you forget that what you see isn’t the full story.
When you try to please everyone, you lose touch with what you truly want.
When you ignore your own achievements, you teach your mind to overlook your strengths.
And when you believe every negative thought, you give your inner critic more power than it deserves.
Letting go of these patterns isn’t easy — but even small steps can help you rebuild a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself. 💜✨
