Kıbrıs Batı Üniversitesi Turizm ve Otel İşletmeciliği ve Havacılık Yönetimi Bölümleri 5 Nisan'da 'Konaklamada Sürdürülebilirlik' konulu bir seminer düzenledi. Seminerde, özellikle Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ndeki bir otel zinciri tarafından uygulanan sürdürülebilirlik uygulamalarına değinen bir konuşma yapan konuşmacı Kourosh Jahani yer aldı. Konuşmanın ardından Sayın Jahani, katılan öğrencilerle bir soru-cevap oturumu düzenledi. Semineri sonlandıran KIBÜ Rektör Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Zeka Mazhar ve Havacılık Yönetimi ile Turizm ve Otel İşletmeciliği Bölüm Başkanları Yrd. Dr. Sedigheh Safshekan ve Yrd. Prof. Dr. Ruth Nangi, Sayın Jahani'ye değerli sunumundan dolayı bir sertifika takdim etti.

On the 5th of April, the Departments of Tourism and Hotel Management and Civil Aviation Management at Cyprus West University organized a seminar on the topic of 'Sustainability in Hospitality'. The seminar featured a guest speaker, Mr. Kourosh Jahani, who delivered a speech specifically addressing the sustainability practices implemented by a hotel chain in the United States of America. Following the speech, Mr. Jahani engaged in a Q&A session with the attending students. Concluding the seminar, CWU Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeka Mazhar and the respective heads of the Civil Aviation Management and Tourism and Hotel Management departments, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sedigheh Safshekan and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ruth Nangi, presented Mr. Jahani with a certificate in recognition of his valuable presentation.
