Very cliche but have you ever heard the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup”? It’s SO true. When you’re on a plane you’re told to take care of your own oxygen mask before helping others. Your self care and self love needs to be a priority in your life in order for the relationship with yourself AND others to flourish.

I wish I could go back and reassure a past version of myself and give her guidance to always go after what her heart wants not what her head thinks she should do ❌
  
I would tell myself to trust myself more and listen to my gut. I was always trying to fit myself into a box 📦
  
But now I'm breaking free and defining my own version of success 💃✨ And I've never felt more free...  
  
If you’re stuck between doing something you think you should do and doing someone you would love to do. (But you’re scared) always go for the option of doing something you’d love to do.   
  
I've now come out on the other side of that.   
  
I just think how powerful it would have been for me back then if I saw people like me speaking about this stuff, that is is FULLY possible. And I'm telling you now it IS, so if this is you right now. I am the best person to help and guide you to the life you actually want to live.   🌍
  
Not “I have to do this” and "I have to be this way” you no longer have to feel trapped and stuck in that box of the way things should be. Things don’t have to be that way.

Acknowledge and embrace the fear, but choose today to make that change. Our body and mind is designed to keep us safe, keep us in that comfort zone.
