Some say that old people👵👴 aren't good at voting, that they are shortsighted when it comes to it. But is that right? Don't they accurately represent their country?

Why seniors should vote ✅:
Retired people are especially vulnerable to any changes in policy made by elected officials. They are greatly effected by the change of : health care policies🏨, retirement benefits etc...

Why seniors shouldn't vote❎:

Old people vote shortsightedly, choosing the least progressive outcome. In surveys in the U.S. and the U.K., people over 65 — compared with people under 30 — were nearly twice as likely to be against gay marriage👨‍❤️‍👨👩‍❤️‍👩; half as likely to support legalization of ma*****na; nearly five times less likely to want to spend money on education🏫; 60% more likely to vote for Donald Trump; and nearly 50% more likely to say immigrants have a negative impact on society, despite the fact that they are being wheeled around by them.

🐾1)Universal basic income: The act of governments providing a sum of money to its population with minimal or no requirements for receiving the money, in order to increase people's income.
🐾2)Death penalty: (=Capital punishment) is a government-sanctioned practice whereby a person is killed by the state as a punishment for a crime.
