بيان شكر وتقدير
نتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لكل من تواصل معنا خلال الفترة الماضية، ولكل من عبّر عن تضامنه وتفهمه للظروف التي أدت إلى تأجيل Africa Bee Expo.
كما نتوجه بالشكر الجزيل إلى جميع المشاركين، العارضين، المحاضرين، الخبراء، الشركاء والضيوف، على تفهمهم الكبير وتعاملهم الإيجابي والمسؤول والداعم مع قرار التأجيل، رغم أنه جاء بصورة مفاجئة للعديد من المشاركين والزوار الذين كانوا يستعدون لحضور هذا الحدث الدولي.
ونؤكد أن قرار التأجيل لم يكن قرارًا سهلًا بالنسبة إلينا، بل كان من أصعب القرارات التي كان علينا اتخاذها، خاصة بعد حجم التحضيرات، الالتزامات، التنسيق الدولي، واستعداد عدد كبير من المشاركين والضيوف للحضور إلى الجزائر. إلا أن المسؤولية التنظيمية تفرض أحيانًا اتخاذ قرارات صعبة حفاظًا على جودة الحدث، وضمانًا لتنظيمه بالشكل الذي يليق بجميع المشاركين والشركاء.
ونخص بالشكر والتقدير ضيف شرف Africa Bee Expo على تفهمه العميق، ودعمه المتواصل، وثقته المستمرة في هذا المشروع وفي رؤيته وأهدافه، وهو دعم نقدّره ونعتز به كثيرًا.
وقد تشرفنا، رغم التأجيل، باستقبال عدد من ضيوفنا الدوليين الذين وصلوا بالفعل إلى الجزائر، وحرصنا على الترحيب بهم واستقبالهم على أحسن وجه. كما كانت لنا معهم فرصة لتنظيم بعض الزيارات الميدانية، وعقد لقاءات ونقاشات مثمرة، وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات والتعارف، وهو ما نعتبره في حد ذاته إضافة مهمة للعلاقات التي تجمع أسرة Africa Bee Expo.
كما نؤكد لجميع المشاركين معنا أن أبواب التواصل تبقى مفتوحة، وأي مشارك لديه استفسار، طلب، ترتيبات خاصة أو يحتاج إلى أي مساعدة أو خدمة مرتبطة بمشاركته، يمكنه التواصل معنا مباشرة.
فريق التنظيم في خدمتكم، وسنعمل بكل مسؤولية واهتمام على متابعة مختلف الطلبات والاستفسارات، وتقديم ما يمكن من دعم ومرافقة لكل مشارك، مع الحرص على معالجة كل حالة بالشكل المناسب.
ونُعلم جميع المشاركين والمهتمين بـ Africa Bee Expo أنه سيتم خلال الأسبوع المقبل إصدار الإعلان الرسمي المتعلق بالحدث وكافة الترتيبات والمستجدات القادمة.
ونود التأكيد أن الإعلان الجديد لا يقتصر فقط على تحديد موعد، بل يتطلب ترتيبًا دقيقًا وتنسيقًا مع عدة جهات وشركاء ومؤسسات وأطراف معنية، حتى يتم تقديمه بصورة محكمة، واضحة، رسمية ومدروسة، وتكون جميع التفاصيل المرتبطة به مؤكدة قبل الإعلان عنها.
ولهذا نفضّل أن يكون الإعلان النهائي مبنيًا على تنسيق كامل وواضح، بدل التسرع في نشر معلومات قد تتغير لاحقًا أو تسبب أي التباس لدى المشاركين والزوار.
كما نؤكد للجميع أن أي معلومات أو أخبار أو إشاعات يتم تداولها من مصادر غير رسمية لا تمثل موقف الجهة المنظمة، ولسنا مسؤولين عنها. وعليه، نرجو من جميع المشاركين والزوار والشركاء الراغبين في الاستفسار أو التأكد من أي معلومة، الاعتماد حصريًا على القنوات الرسمية لـ Africa Bee Expo أو التواصل المباشر مع الجهة المنظمة.
نحن نؤمن بأن ما حدث لا يُنقص من قيمة هذا المشروع ولا من أهدافه، بل يزيدنا إصرارًا على مواصلة العمل وتقديم حدث يليق بثقة كل من آمن به ودعمه وشارك في بنائه.
وما توفيقنا إلا بالله.
مرة أخرى، كل الشكر والامتنان لكم جميعًا على دعمكم، ثقتكم، تفهمكم وصبركم.
Statement of Thanks and Appreciation
We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who has contacted us over the past period, and to all those who have shown their solidarity and understanding regarding the circumstances that led to the postponement of Africa Bee Expo.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to all participants, exhibitors, speakers, experts, partners, and guests for their understanding, professionalism, positive attitude, and supportive response to the postponement decision, even though it came as a surprise to many participants and visitors who had been preparing to attend this international event.
We would also like to emphasize that the decision to postpone was not an easy one for us. It was, in fact, one of the most difficult decisions we had to make, especially after the extensive preparations, commitments, international coordination, and the readiness of a large number of participants and guests to travel to Algeria. However, organizational responsibility sometimes requires difficult decisions in order to preserve the quality of the event and ensure that it is delivered at the level expected by all participants and partners.
We would particularly like to express our sincere appreciation to the Guest of Honor of Africa Bee Expo for the deep understanding, continued support, and ongoing confidence shown toward this project, its vision, and its objectives. This support is something we truly value and deeply appreciate.
Despite the postponement, we were honored to welcome a number of our international guests who had already arrived in Algeria, and we made every effort to receive and host them in the best possible way. We also had the opportunity to organize several field visits, hold productive discussions and meetings, exchange ideas and experiences, and strengthen professional and personal connections. We consider these exchanges an important added value to the relationships within the wider Africa Bee Expo community.
We would also like to assure all our participants that our communication channels remain fully open. Any participant who has a question, request, specific arrangement, or requires any assistance or service related to their participation is welcome to contact us directly.
Our organizing team remains at your service, and we will continue to follow up on all requests and inquiries with responsibility and care, providing support and assistance wherever possible and handling each case appropriately.
We hereby inform all participants and those interested in Africa Bee Expo that an official announcement regarding the event, its future arrangements, and all upcoming updates will be issued next week.
We would also like to clarify that the new official announcement is not simply a matter of setting a new date. It requires careful planning, coordination, and consultation with several authorities, partners, institutions, and concerned parties in order to ensure that the final decision is well structured, clear, official, and fully confirmed before being made public.
For this reason, we believe it is more responsible to issue a complete and properly coordinated announcement rather than rush to publish information that may later change or create confusion for participants and visitors.
We also wish to make it clear that any information, news, or rumors circulated through unofficial sources do not represent the position of the organizing body, and we cannot be held responsible for them. We therefore kindly ask all participants, visitors, and partners who wish to verify any information to rely exclusively on the official Africa Bee Expo communication channels or to contact the organizers directly.
We firmly believe that what has happened does not diminish the value, importance, or objectives of this project. On the contrary, it strengthens our determination to continue working and to deliver an event worthy of the trust of everyone who has believed in it, supported it, and contributed to its development.
And our success is only by the grace of God.
