The educational goals and objective of the undergraduate civil engineering program are to provide a quality civil engineering education that will prepare undergraduates to become practicing civil engineering professionals and able to meet the technological challenges of the national and international demands of their professions. To meet this goals and objective, the undergraduates of the Civil Engineering program should demonstrate the following outcomes:
1. Undergraduates will have the ability to apply technical knowledge and skills to identify problems and formulate solution that are fundamental to civil engineering;
2. Provide undergraduate students with the best education and opportunities that will enhance their knowledge, skills and relevant experience;
3. The broad education necessary to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global, economic, environmental, and societal context;
4. Student success in academic achievement and career development to benefit the social and economic wellbeing of Timor Leste
