We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Pat Walsh, whose kindness and generosity have left a lasting mark on our community. Through the donation of books, he did not only give learning materials, but also shared knowledge, hope, and opportunities for many students to grow and dream.
His noble contribution will continue to inspire future generations, and his memory will live on in every page that is read and every mind that is enlightened by his gift.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones. May they find comfort and strength during this difficult time.

We are pleased to announce that application is now open for the Professional English for Strategic Leadership program. This intensive course is designed for professionals who play an active role in shaping public dialogue and representing institutions at the national and regional levels.

Program Goals and Objectives

The program aims to helps the participants to:

1. Communicate confidently and naturally in English.

2. Engage effectively in international communications, networking, interpreting, diplomatic negotiations, and meetings.

3. Discuss foreign affairs issues and Timorese diplomacy using a range of diplomatic expressions and vocabulary.

4. Employ higher-level listening skills in the accurate comprehension of news and diplomatic broadcasts.

Through practical sessions, simulations, and guided practice, participants will strengthen their ability to communicate confidently and professionally in diverse regional and international settings.

Program duration and time

Total hours : 96 HOURS.

Total meetings : 48.

Total weeks : 24.

Start date : Friday, January 23rd 2026.

End date : Saturday, July 4th 2026.

Class times :

Group 1 : Friday 10 am-12 pm and Saturday 10 am -12 pm.

Group 2 : Friday 3 pm-5 pm and Saturday 3 pm - 5 pm.

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications from local leaders, and representatives from institutions who regularly participate in public dialogues or cross-border engagement with English B1-B2 level required.
