Hello people,

Yesterday, Timorese English Club held a sharing session themed “The Benefits of Joining a Volunteer Group,” led by Mana Leónia in the FEG Room at UNTL.

Mana Leónia shared her experiences as an active volunteer in several organizations, which helped her discover her true potential and achieve extraordinary dreams. She emphasized that, “Volunteering is not wasting time, but investing in yourself,” inspiring participants to better understand the value and impact of volunteer work.

The session concluded with a group discussion on volunteer life. Participants were divided into five groups of three members each to discuss and solve different volunteer-related cases. This activity helped broaden our understanding of how volunteering in youth organizations can contribute to personal growth and development.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the moderator for successfully guiding the session and creating an engaging learning environment.
