🌿 Adjuster หรือ Clicker เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยในการทุ่นแรงสำหรับทำ Manual Therapy mobilization และ Manipulation

🌿 การทำงานของ Adjuster ทำงานอย่างไร?
Adjuster ความเร็วในการยิงอยู่ที่ มากกว่า 100 miles ต่อชั่วโมง หรือ 1.6 km/h (ความเร็วในการจัดกระดูกไวกว่ามือ)
การที่เราจัดข้อต่อด้วยอุปกรณ์นี้ทำให้
ไปหยุดการทำงาน 🛑deactivating mechanor receptors 👉 relaxing golgi tendon organ spindles ทำให้คลายตัวลง
👉 เมื่อ mechanor receptors หยุดทำงาน
👉 ผลต่อมาทำให้ nociceptors หยุดส่ง pain messages ไปที่สมอง CNS.
👉 ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ลด pain, ลด stiffness, increase ROM โดยที่ไม่ทำให้เกิด หรือ ไม่เสี่ยงต่อการ Sprian ของข้อต่อ ligaments และ Strain ของกล้ามเนื้อ เหมือนการทำ Manipulation ด้วยมือ
