Major key notes in chords

When people say “major key notes in chords”, they’re usually talking about how you build chords using the notes of a major scale.

Let’s make it clear and practical 👇

🎯 1. Start with any major scale

Example: C major scale
C – D – E – F – G – A – B

🎹 2. Build chords by stacking notes (in 3rds)

Take a note → skip one → add the next → skip one → add the next

This gives you triads (3-note chords).

From the C major scale:
