วันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชาคริต ชาญชิตปรีชา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ได้กดส่งข้อมูล (Submit) เพื่อเข้าร่วมการจัดอันดับโลก UI GreenMetric World University Rankings ประจำปี 2568

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ติดอันดับโลก THE Impact Rankings 2025 คว้าคะแนนรวม 52.1 จาก 100

ในว้นที่ 18 มิถุนายน THE Impact Rankings 2025 ได้ประกาศผลการจัดอันดับ การขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ตามการจัดอันดับของ Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนครได้รับการประเมินด้วยคะแนนรวม 52.1 จาก 100 คะแนน โดยสามารถสร้างความโดดเด่นในหลายด้านสำคัญ พร้อมกับก้าวขึ้นมาอยู่ใน อันดับที่ 3 ของกลุ่มราชภัฏภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (จาก 11 แห่ง), อันดับที่ 15 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั่วประเทศ (จาก 38 แห่ง), อันดับที่ 48 ของประเทศไทย (จาก 83 สถาบัน) และ อยู่ในอันดับ 1001+ ของโลก (จาก 2,138 สถาบัน) ในการจัดอันดับรายด้าน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนครมีความโดดเด่นในด้านต่อไปนี้:

SDG 15: Life on Land (การใช้ทรัพยากรทางบกอย่างยั่งยืน)
ได้รับการจัดอันดับ 101–200 ของโลก จาก 854 สถาบัน และเป็น อันดับที่ 4 ของประเทศไทย

SDG 2: Zero Hunger (ขจัดความหิวโหย)
ได้รับการจัดอันดับ 301–400 ของโลก จาก 955 สถาบัน และเป็น อันดับที่ 5 ของประเทศไทย

SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy (พลังงานสะอาดในราคาที่เข้าถึงได้)
ได้รับการจัดอันดับ 801–1000 ของโลก จาก 1,181 สถาบัน และเป็น อันดับที่ 6 ของประเทศไทย

นอกจากนี้ยังเข้าร่วมการจัดอันดับในอีกหลาย SDGs ได้แก่:

SDG 1: No Poverty (ขจัดความยากจน) – อันดับ 1001+ ของโลก

SDG 4: Quality Education (การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ) – อันดับ 1501+ ของโลก

SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation (น้ำสะอาดและสุขาภิบาล) – อันดับ 601–800 ของโลก

SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals (ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน) – อันดับ 1001–1500 ของโลก

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนครยังคงเดินหน้าส่งเสริมการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ทั้งด้านวิชาการ การวิจัย การบริการวิชาการ และการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อร่วมสร้างอนาคตที่ดีและยั่งยืนสำหรับสังคมไทยและสังคมโลก

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนครเข้าร่วมการจัดอันดับจาก Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2024 ซึ่งเป็นการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีการดำเนินงานเพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและสร้างผลกระทบสูงต่อสังคม
การจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยโดย THE Impact Rankings 2024 ประเมินจากบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งในด้านงานวิจัย การบริหารหน่วยงาน งานบริการวิชาการ และการเรียนการสอนที่ตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) มีสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมการจัดอันดับทั้งสิ้น 2,152 แห่ง จาก 125 ประเทศ ซึ่งในปี 2024 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ได้ส่งข้อมูลให้ THE Impact Rankings พิจารณา จำนวน 4 เป้าหมายSDGs ประกอบด้วย SDG2 : Zero Hunger (ขจัดความหิวโหย) , SDG7 : Affordable and Clean Energy (พลังงานสะอาดที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้) , SDG15 : Life on Land (การใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบนิเวศทางบก) , SDG17 : Partnerships for the Goals (ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน)
ทั้งนี้ ผลการจัดอันดับในปีนี้ โดยภาพรวมมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนครได้คะแนนรวม 46.6 คะแนน จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มอันดับที่ 1001+ ของโลก จาก 2,152 มหาวิทยาลัยทั่วโลก และกลุ่มอันดับที่ 23 ร่วมของไทย

Submission completed for THE World University Ranking

EduRank.org ได้ทำการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วโลก จำนวน 14,131 แห่ง โดยมีมหาวิทยาลัยในเอเชีย จำนวน 5,830 แห่งจาก 183 ประเทศ การจัดอันดับใช้ฐานข้อมูลซึ่งมี scientific publications กว่า 44,909,300 รายการ และ Citations กว่า 1,237,541,960 รายการ ซึ่งผลการจัดอันดับ EduRank 2024 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร คว้าอันดับที่ 88 ของประเทศ

สำหรับที่มาของการให้คะแนน ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่

1. ประสิทธิภาพการวิจัย คิดเป็น 45% (Research performance) : โดยใช้ฐานข้อมูล Microsoft Academic เป็นตัวกลาง (Proxy) ในการเรียกข้อมูลการตีพิมพ์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และลิงก์ระหว่างกัน (การอ้างอิง) แทนที่จะแค่สรุปผล EduRank ได้สร้างกราฟที่มีการตีพิมพ์เป็น Node และการอ้างอิงเป็น Edge เพื่อคำนวณน้ำหนักของสิ่งพิมพ์แต่ละเล่ม จากนั้นจะปรับน้ำหนักดังกล่าวสำหรับวันที่ตีพิมพ์และส่วนแบ่งของตัวแทนมหาวิทยาลัยในรายชื่อผู้แต่ง

2. ความโดดเด่นที่ไม่ใช่ด้านวิชาการ คิดเป็น 45% (Non-academic prominence) : โดยใช้วิธีเดียวกับที่ Google และเครื่องมือค้นหาสมัยใหม่อื่นๆ ใช้ในการคำนวณชื่อเสียงของหน้าเว็บแต่ละหน้า นั่นคือการลิงก์ย้อนกลับไปยังมหาวิทยาลัยจากไซต์อื่น ๆ EduRank ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Ahrefs เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่มีดัชนีของหน้าและลิงก์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดที่มีอยู่

3. คะแนนศิษย์เก่า คิดเป็น 10% (Alumni score) : ตัวชี้วัดนี้สะท้อนถึงจำนวนการเข้าดูหน้าเว็บที่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยและบุคคลอื่นๆ ที่มีใน Wikipedia ทั้งหมด 43 เวอร์ชันภาษา

Top 100 universities in Thailand ranked by EduRank based on research outputs, non-academic prominence, and alumni influence. The rankings are determined by analyzing 4.4M citations received by 316K academic publications made by 125 universities from Thailand, the popularity of 293 recognized alumni, and the largest reference database available. The results of the EduRank 2024 ranking of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University Ranked 88th in the country.

The 4icu website or "UniRank" is a globally recognized ranking platform for educational institutions, with acceptance from over 200 countries. It ranks more than 14,000 educational institutions worldwide. The UniRank has released its ranking for the top universities in Thailand for January 2024.

In January 2024, a total of 123 Thai universities met the criteria for UniRank's selection process. The ranking results show that Mahidol University remains the top university in Thailand, followed by Chulalongkorn University and Chiang Mai University. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University holds the 9th best university in the country, while Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University ranks 16th out of all 38 Rajabhat universities.

On Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 09.00 a.m., Asst. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, representing the President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Prof. Bin Jiang, the President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, People's Republic of China. The ceremony was honored by four Vice Presidents, Prof. Dr. Tosawat Seetawan, Asst. Prof. Dr. Somboon Chaochaikong, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kongphope Chaarmart, and Dr. Phontep Steannoppakao, along with deans from six faculties, faculty members, and staff of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, who attended as witnesses. The purpose of this cooperation agreement is to establish a network of collaboration with universities in the Asian region, including academic collaboration, research collaboration, educational collaboration, and exchange activities that will take place in the future between the two universities.

On November 28 - December 1, 2023, Professor Dr. Tosawat Seetawan, Vice President for Planning, Strategy, Innovation, and International Affairs, and Dr. Wanatchaporn Namhongsa, International Relations Officer, visited Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Nanjing, People's Republic of China. They were warmly welcomed by Dr. Yong Li, Deputy Dean of the College of International Education, and Professor Zhang Chaohai, a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering.

During the visit, they had the opportunity to explore the Plasmadynamics Laboratory and engage in discussions with Dr. Yong Li regarding the development of a joint curriculum between Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The discussions included studying the curriculum, collaborating on student exchange programs, knowledge transfer, technology, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). They also visited the College of Materials Science and Technology, which specializes in the development of materials used in the aerospace industry. The most interesting part of the visit was the Aerospace Component Manufacturing Laboratory, where students and researchers can experiment and develop aerospace components according to industry requirements.

Furthermore, the delegation had the opportunity to visit the Nanjing Quality Inspection Institute, an institute known for its expertise in research, development, and environmental-friendly testing of products. This visit provided valuable insights into quality testing processes and the successful development of high-quality products.

Overall, the visit to Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Nanjing Quality Inspection Institute was a fruitful experience, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
