NOTICE WRITING — সহজে লেখার সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ম

Notice Writing পরীক্ষায় খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি writing item। একটি ভালো Notice লিখতে হলে নির্দিষ্ট format ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ঠিকভাবে সাজাতে হয়। ছবির উদাহরণগুলো অনুসরণ করে সহজভাবে নিয়মগুলো দেখে নিই। 👇

Notice লেখার Basic Format

1. প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম ও বিভাগ
সবার উপরে প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম লিখতে হবে। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভাগ/অফিসের নামও উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

2. “NOTICE”
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নামের নিচে মাঝখানে স্পষ্টভাবে NOTICE লিখতে হবে।

3.Date
Notice প্রকাশের তারিখ ডান পাশে লিখতে হবে।

4. মূল বক্তব্য (Body)
মূল অংশে খুব পরিষ্কার ও সংক্ষিপ্তভাবে জানাতে হবে—

🔹 Noticeটি কাদের জন্য
🔹 কী বিষয়ে Notice
🔹 কী ঘটবে / কী করা হবে
🔹 তারিখ ও সময়
🔹 স্থান (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়)
🔹 শিক্ষার্থীদের কী করতে হবে

👉 যেমন ছবির ১ নম্বর Notice-এ Viva-voce-এর তারিখ, সময় এবং স্থান পরিষ্কারভাবে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা
শুধু ঘটনা জানালেই হবে না; প্রয়োজন হলে কীভাবে/কখন উপস্থিত হতে হবে বা কী করতে হবে সেটিও উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

5.নাম ও পদবি
সবশেষে Notice প্রদানকারীর—

লিখতে হবে।

✅ ভাষা হবে formal, clear & concise
✅ অপ্রয়োজনীয় কথা লিখবে না
✅ Date, Time, Place ঠিকভাবে উল্লেখ করবে
✅ Notice-এর উদ্দেশ্য প্রথমেই পরিষ্কার করবে
✅ যথাযথ formal expression ব্যবহার করবে
✅ শেষে নাম ও designation দিতে ভুলবে না

Report Writing-এর সহজ নিয়ম 👉

অনেকেই Report Writing-এর format, heading, dateline, paragraph এবং কী কী information লিখতে হবে—এসব নিয়ে confused থাকে। তাই Report লেখার পুরো নিয়মটা সহজভাবে দেওয়া হলো। 👇

*** একটি Report কীভাবে সাজাবে?

1️⃣ Headline / Title
সবার প্রথমে Report-এর বিষয় অনুযায়ী একটি সংক্ষিপ্ত, স্পষ্ট ও appropriate headline দিতে হবে।

যেমন:
Devastating Fire in Multiplan Centre
Valuables Looted from a School

*Headline-এর শেষে সাধারণত full stop দেওয়া হয় না।

2️⃣ Dateline
Headline-এর নিচে স্থান ও তারিখ লিখতে হবে।

যেমন:
Dhaka, 21 April 2015:
অথবা
Nageswari, 20 August 2014:

3️⃣ Introduction / Lead
প্রথম paragraph-এই ঘটনার সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্যগুলো দিতে হবে। অর্থাৎ—

🩵 কী ঘটেছে?
🩵 কোথায় ঘটেছে?
🩵 কখন ঘটেছে?

প্রথম paragraph পড়েই যেন পাঠক Report-এর মূল বিষয়টি বুঝতে পারে।

4️⃣ Main Body / Details
এরপর ঘটনার বিস্তারিত বিবরণ দিতে হবে। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী উল্লেখ করবে—

🩵 কীভাবে ঘটনা ঘটেছে
🩵 কতজন মানুষ জড়িত/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে
🩵 কী কী ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হয়েছে
🩵 কতক্ষণ ঘটনা চলেছে
🩵 কী পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়েছে
🩵 ঘটনার পর কী পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয়েছে

5️⃣ Statements / Sources
Report-কে আরও authentic ও informative করার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তি বা কর্তৃপক্ষের বক্তব্য দেওয়া যায়।

যেমন—
Fire Service officer, Police officer, Head Teacher, eyewitness ইত্যাদি।

তবে প্রশ্নে যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি বা authority-এর বক্তব্য দেওয়া থাকে, তাহলে সেটি অবশ্যই Report-এ appropriately include করতে হবে।

6️⃣ Conclusion / Final Update
শেষ paragraph-এ ঘটনার সর্বশেষ অবস্থা বা পরবর্তী পদক্ষেপ উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

যেমন—
পুলিশ তদন্ত শুরু করেছে, তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন করা হয়েছে, অপরাধীদের গ্রেপ্তারের চেষ্টা চলছে ইত্যাদি।

*Report লেখার সময় যেগুলো মনে রাখবে:

✅ Headline → Dateline → Introduction → Details → Statement/Source → Final Update এই sequence follow করবে।

✅ Language হবে formal, clear and concise।

✅ প্রথম paragraph-এ মূল ঘটনার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য দিতে হবে।

✅ Report-এ objective information দিতে হবে; নিজের personal opinion বা আবেগ যোগ করা যাবে না।

✅ প্রশ্নে দেওয়া নাম, স্থান, তারিখ, সংখ্যা ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য ঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করবে।

✅ অপ্রয়োজনীয় কথা না বাড়িয়ে ঘটনাটির relevant details লিখবে।

✅ Paragraphগুলো সুন্দরভাবে connected ও logically arranged হতে হবে।
