This is how students learn in Montessori schools. Let's Unite and bring together all our effort to empower all those who still can't afford to visit Authentic Montessori Schools or Training. We want to teach

students, parents, teachers, governments and focus on implementing the Authentic Montessori approach in regular and private schools, homes and organizations worldwide. A peaceful world like Maria Montessori describes in Peace and Education can only be achieved if her Method of Education will be available and affordable - best a free standard - for all children around the world. The Page "Authentic Maria Montessori Education" has been initiated by Andi Becker, an AMI approved Montessori teacher living in Thailand to bring together Teachers, Students, Parents, Schools, Companies, and Organizations from all around the world who love Montessori and to teach with the Authentic Montessori approach. We form a global network of Montessori ideas and promoters to enable Education for All worldwide, no matter in what current situation a school, a region, or a whole country might be right now. We build up friendships - Partner Schools - to support each other in that effort. If students, teachers, and parents from different cultures, religions, nationalities, and races learn together, work together, communicate together, learn about each other, we will be on the best way to make Maria Montessori's dream to become true. We have to build a platform for all Montessori Schools, Montessorians, teachers, and parents who like to learn more about Montessori with useful features, i.e. a freely available video chat option and more. MariaMontessori.Education provides Montessori Schools a place where they can have a website, a community (similar to Facebook but much more privacy), with Calendar for Events, a Meeting Manager to manage all their meetings and events, a Wiki to inform about their school and the region they are living in, to share lessons, to be able to create a structured place where you can find useful information also after years! Etherpad, Jitsi, Diagram a.o. useful tools will help to cooperate and a parallel Students / Class only Partnerschool platform will complement our set to bring Montessori students into a global learning space. 為何我們沒有Halloween活動？試從幼兒成長發展角度看看：

【代幼兒向Halloween說不】 邱振明
　　Halloween將至，西風東漸，周街佈置詭異，行人奇裝異服。有些1、2歲的幼兒班已搞萬聖節派對。孩子要裝神扮鬼，老師為了營造氣氛，也一起扮鬼，突然跳出來。有些幼兒嚇得縮在一角，之後害怕入課室，每到陌生地方也縮在一角。在家則經常半夜大叫發惡夢，變得膽小，極害怕陌生人。

　　這些活動無甚意義，但如這驚嚇埋下成為童年心理創傷，影響小朋友正常發展就不值得。與其孩子受驚後補救，倒不如預防，代他們向西方鬼節說不。

　　莫說見鬼，大家去過一些樂園或公園都會留意到，幼兒初見人扮的公仔已經十分害怕。孩子見到活生生的動物都會好奇，但見到人扮卡通化的動物卻很害伯。

　　我們從成人角度，以為孩子喜歡童話故事，就教孩子認識這些想像甚至是幻想，以為可以孕育孩子的想像力和創造力。卻不知反過來會扼殺孩子從無到有或從真實到抽象的想像力和創造力。

//成人錯誤引導孩子想像//
　　成人想訓練孩子想像，但方法往往錯誤，把自己的想像授予於孩子，變成孩子學習相信成人的想像，而非自己想像。幼兒本身就有容易輕信所見所聞的特質，每每相信這些成人想像或幻想出來的東西就是存在的真實世界，真真假假混亂起來。

　　如果這些活動由用具、服飾、甚至細節都由成人安排好，孩子發展到的想像力當然十分有限。這更偏離了真正想像本身所需的獨立主動的條件。成人自己成為發展障礙，限制了孩子無遠弗屆的想像。

　　蒙特梭利發現6歲以下的孩子，想像與智能共同和諧發展，需要對真實的人事物有堅固的基礎，並必須由孩子主動建構。探索環境，反覆實驗，形成想像，並以抽象的想像力進一步想像天馬行空的構想。如果太早置孩子在幻想或童話世界，對真實的認知就會混亂。

　　更甚的是這些都是前人的幻想，而非幼兒從真實生活經驗發展出來的想像。這些幻想現在還經過商家精心計算，着重成人和青少年官能刺激，鼓吹消費，現在更延展至大力刺激幼兒，孩子怎不過度燥動。

//六歲前難辨真偽//
　　我們見到孩子真正主動想像時，將真實經驗聯繫到抽象意念，又或以聯繫抽象概念再發現，往往進入平和喜悅的狀態，就像遊玩或工作中的孩子一樣。重點是在孩子主動想像。

　　在孩子未能很好判別真偽前，特別是六歲以下的孩子，請大家為他們預備好適合成長的環境。比起幻想或童話故事，孩子需要更多真實的經驗基礎。

　　自由自在探索大自然，遊山玩水，參與日常生活工作和遊玩。給孩子複雜而和諧的大自然去想像還不夠嗎？何必放他們在扭曲了的人為世界之中？

　　當然，我們尊重個人活動自由，但請多瞭解幼兒的成長需要。
