!!!It is such a gratifying news for the Nomination Project for the Heidelberg Laureate Forum !!!

We have been informed by the Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation that this year’s selection process has now been completed. The distinguished selection committee in both Mathematics and Computer Science has chosen a total of three young representatives from Thailand to attend, namely:
1. Mr Peerawit Suriya (Mathematics)
2. Mr Jiratchaphat Nanta (Mathematics)
3. Mr Parinthapat Pengpun (Computer Science)

On this occasion, heartfelt congratulations are extended to all three successful candidates.

They will attend the forum in Heidelberg, Federal Republic of Germany, from 13 to 18 September 2026, with the support of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).

For those who applied but were not selected this year, please do not be discouraged. There will be further opportunities in the years ahead. NSTDA and POSN would like to express our encouragement and support to all applicants, and we look forward to welcoming you again in future opportunities.

Applications are now open for participation in the 76th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting (2027), which will focus on Physiology or Medicine.

The Information Technology Foundation under the Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (PSIT), in collaboration with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), invites applications from qualified candidates. Selected representatives will be nominated to attend the meeting, with travel and related expenses supported by the organisers.

The application period is now open until 30 April 2026.

If you know colleagues, students, or other individuals who meet the eligibility requirements, we kindly encourage you to share this announcement and invite them to prepare and submit their applications within this period.

ก่อนอื่นทางโครงการฯ ขอแสดงความขอบคุณเป็นอย่างสูงสำหรับการตอบรับให้ความสนใจต่อการเปิดรับสมัครของโครงการฯ ซึ่งเป็นครั้งแรกที่มีหน่วยงานจากประเทศไทยร่วมเป็น academic partner ของ HLF

ขณะนี้โครงการฯ ​กำลังหากำหนดวันที่เหมาะสมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เนื่องจากมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหลายท่าน ซึ่ง tentatative date ของวันสัมภาษณ์จะเป็น 28 หรือ 31 มกราคม 2569 --> ขอให้ผู้สมัครติดตามอีกครั้ง

อย่างไรก็ตามโครงการฯ ขอประกาศลำดับของการสัมภาษณ์ให้ทราบเบื้องต้นก่อนเพื่อการเตรียมเวลา

สวัสดีครับ นิสิต นักศึกษา นักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ชาวไทย ในสาขาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ (และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

สวทช. และ มูลนิธิ สอวน. เปิดรับสมัครหาผู้มีศักยภาพเป็นตัวแทนของประเทศไทยเสนอชื่อเข้ารับการคัดเลือกหาผู้แทนประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้ได้รับรางวัลเกียรติยศแห่งไฮเดลเบิร์ก (Heidelberg Laureate Forum) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นทุกๆ ปีในช่วงเดือนกันยายน

ผู้ที่เป็นผู้แทนฯ จะได้โอกาสเข้าร่วมการฟังบรรยาย กิจกรรม workshop ร่วมกับนักวิจัยสาขาคณิตศาสตร์ และ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่ได้รับรางวัลเกียรติยศ และได้สร้างเครือข่ายนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่กับเพื่อนจากทั่วโลกกว่า 200 คน

🚀 Call for Applications: Thailand Nomination for the 13th Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF 2026)
🇩🇪 Heidelberg, Germany | 13–18 September 2026

NSTDA, together the Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation (HLFF), is now inviting outstanding Thai students and young researchers in Mathematics and Computer Science (and related fields) to apply for the national selection round. Selected candidates will be nominated to the international selection process of HLFF.

🔍 What is HLF?
The Heidelberg Laureate Forum is one of the world’s most prestigious academic gatherings, connecting top global laureates—Fields Medal, Abel Prize, ACM Turing Award, ACM Prize in Computing—with the next generation of researchers. It is an exceptional opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and build international networks.

👥 Who Can Apply?
Thai nationals who are:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s students (not yet graduated),
• PhD candidates, or
• Postdoctoral researchers (within 5 years of PhD completion).
Applicants must have strong academic interest in maths/CS, excellent English skills, and must not have attended HLF before.
