It's time for a group photo with the morning batch of participants before the Songkran holidays start. In attendance, staff from the housekeeping, sales and marketing, engineering, and kitchen.
I compiled some funny moments we had during the training.❤️ Tons of laughter were heard throughout the session.
They are tasked to make their script after watching a sample video presentation from pre-booking until guests check out.
Grammar mistakes and pronunciation will be calibrated in the succeeding training sessions.

With the success of the front office training, the series of training were extended for all the departments. Thank you to the hotel management for the trust and for collaborating with IRTrainer.
Today's trainees who won the game are Ploy, Phat, and Gop. Congratulations! Each one got a bar of chocolate.
This phonics training is the first step in making their English-speaking skill sound natural. A lot of laughter was heard throughout the session.

Day 5 of the English for Hospitality Professional training at Jasmine Hotel Group.
The front office staff is the first batch of participants for this training are attentively listening and actively participating.
As borders started to open for tourism, the influx of tourists in Thailand is rapidly growing. Having a confident staff equipped with professional communication skills is now highly important.

A tip for all who need to understand how you can earn a reputation.
I always emphasize on my talks where I am invited as well as to my students during every discussion in my class the importance of ATTITUDE and RESULTS. Because from these, we earn a reputation. May this serve a reminder to new graduates to focus on getting the results you always wanted to be backed by the right attitude.
