เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ทีมนักวิจัยโครงการ “Water–Food–Energy Nexus for Sustainable Rice Production in the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB)” ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนพิเศษแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เชิดชัย โพธิ์ศรี เป็นหัวหน้าโครงการ ได้ลงพื้นที่บ้านหนองนางด่อน อำเภอวังยาง จังหวัดนครพนม
โดยคณะทำงานได้พบปะและหารือร่วมกับผู้แทนนายอำเภอวังยาง ปลัดอำเภอ เกษตรอำเภอ ผู้ใหญ่บ้านบ้านหนองนางด่อน เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญอาวุโสจาก Saudi Water Authority และอาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยจำปาสัก สปป.ลาว ร่วมกันวางแผนและสำรวจจุดติดตั้งระบบบำบัดน้ำ ซึ่งจะพัฒนาเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ของโครงการ และใช้เป็นต้นแบบในการขยายผลไปสู่พื้นที่อื่น ๆ ในอนาคตต่อไป

On 27 November 2025, the research team of the project “Water–Food–Energy Nexus for Sustainable Rice Production in the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB)”, supported by the Mekong–Lancang Cooperation Special Fund (MLCSF) and led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cherdchai Phosri, visited Ban Nong Nang Don, Wang Yang District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
The team met with a representative of the Wang Yang District Chief, the Deputy District Chief, the District Agriculture Officer, the village head of Ban Nong Nang Don, local farmers, a senior expert from the Saudi Water Authority and lecturers from Champasack University, Lao PDR. Together, they discussed and surveyed potential sites for installing a water treatment system, which will be developed as the project’s learning centre and will serve as a prototype for scaling up to other areas in the future.

ทีมงานลงพื้นที่โครงการในอำเภอวังยาง จังหวัดนครพนม และอำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำ และเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ พร้อมหารือกับเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการจัดตั้ง “ศูนย์ MLC ด้านระบบบำบัดน้ำ” (ชื่ออย่างไม่เป็นทางการ) เพื่อใช้เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการของชุมชน/เกษตรกร ในอนาคต

The project team visited Wang Yang district in Nakhon Phanom province and Phang Khon district in Sakon Nakhon province to assess the water situation and collect further samples to support water treatment system design. Discussions were also held with farmers to plan the proposed “MLC Center of Water Treatment System” as a future practical training site.

ทีมงานได้ลงพื้นที่แปลงนาข้าวในโครงการ ณ อำเภอวังยาง จังหวัดนครพนม และอำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อดำเนินการดำนาปลูกข้าว โดยในการดำนาปลูกข้าวครั้งนี้ได้มีการใช้สารกระตุ้นชีวภาพ (biostimulants) ร่วมด้วย โดยทีมงานจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม และมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ได้ลงพื้นที่และร่วมปฏิบัติงานกับเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อย่างใกล้ชิด

The project team visited rice fields in Wang Yang district, Nakhon Phanom province and Phang Khon district, Sakon Nakhon province to carry out rice transplanting activities. This planting incorporated the use of biostimulants to support crop growth. The team from the Faculty of Science, Nakhon Phanom University and Srinakharinwirot University joined the fieldwork and worked closely with local farmers.

ทีมงานลงพื้นที่โครงการในอำเภอวังยาง จังหวัดนครพนม และอำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าในการเตรียมพื้นที่เพาะปลูก ตรวจสอบสถานการณ์น้ำ และเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ รวมถึงหารือกับเกษตรกรเรื่องแผนการทดลองและภาพรวมโครงการ

The project team revisited Wang Yang district in Nakhon Phanom province and Phang Khon district in Sakon Nakhon province to monitor land preparation, collect more water samples for further analysis and discuss the experimental plans and project direction with local farmers.

ทีมงานได้ลงพื้นที่โครงการในอำเภอวังยาง จังหวัดนครพนม และอำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อสำรวจพื้นที่และเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำและดินสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ในขั้นตอนต่อไป พร้อมพูดคุยหารือกับเกษตรกรในพื้นที่เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและกระบวนการเพาะปลูก

The project team visited Wang Yang district (Nakhon Phanom province) and Phang Khon district (Sakon Nakhon province) to survey project sites and collect water and soil samples for further analysis. We also held discussions with local farmers to understand their cultivation methods and challenges.

ทีมงานได้จัดการประชุมออนไลน์ครั้งที่ 1 เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดโครงการและแผนการดำเนินงาน โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ และ Northwest A&F University จากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน การประชุมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีของความร่วมมือที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้น

We held our first online meeting to discuss project details and implementation plans. Participants included representatives from the Faculty of Science, Nakhon Phanom University, Srinakharinwirot University and Northwest A&F University (China). A promising kickoff to a collaborative partnership!

โครงการ “Water-Food-Energy Nexus for Sustainable Rice Production in the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) หรือ “พหุมิติน้ำ-อาหาร-พลังงาน เพื่อการผลิตข้าวอย่างยั่งยืนในลุ่มน้ำโขงตอนล่าง”

โครงการนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนพิเศษกรอบความร่วมมือแม่โขง - ล้านช้าง ปี 2567 โดยมีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาระบบบำบัดน้ำที่ปราศจากการใช้สารเคมีและขับเคลื่อนด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ เพื่อช่วยให้เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในลุ่มน้ำโขงตอนล่างสามารถเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดการใช้สารเคมีในการเพาะปลูก โครงการนี้เกิดจากความร่วมมือของผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มหาวิทยาลัยจำปาสัก (สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว) Northwest A&F University (สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน) และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภาคเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรในภูมิภาค

This project, supported by the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund (MLCSF 2024), aims to develop sustainable, chemical-free and solar-powered water treatment systems to help rice farmers in the Lower Mekong Basin increase productivity while reducing chemical usage. It brings together experts from Nakhon Phanom University (NPU), Srinakharinwirot University (SWU), Champasack University (Lao People’s Democratic Republic), Northwest A&F University (People’s Republic of China) and private sector partners to collaboratively promote environmentally friendly innovations that enhance food security and improve the livelihoods of farmers in the region.
