What a fun lesson of exploring, predicting, and discovering! Our classroom turned into a mini science lab, and the excitement was real! 🤩
We asked questions, made predictions, and explored like true scientists. 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

✨ Spinning Spiral Experiment ~
We watched in awe as the paper spiral magically spun above the candles.

✨️ Color Mixing & Density Experiment ~
We observed carefully as colorful layers formed and slowly blended. This experiment helped us build prediction skills, concentration, and early scientific thinking skills. So cool to see science in action.

✨️ Magic Arrow Light Refraction Experiment ~
This one blew the students minds! When we placed the arrow behind a glass of water it flipped direction due to refraction.
It felt like real magic, but it was actually science! 😆

B A K I N G C L A S S 🍪🍫

Today we made homemade sugar cookies from scratch. Crunchy, buttery and absolutely delicious.

Once the cookies were perfectly baked, we dipped them in silky melted dark and white chocolate and then let our creativity run wild.

Every student decorated their cookies to their own personal taste with the most amazing toppings like colorful M&M’s, crunchy crushed nuts, bright sprinkles and more. The room was filled with laughter, sprinkles flying, and lots of “just one more topping!” moments. 😆👌

We are so proud of all our talented bakers. Your cookies looked beautiful and tasted even better! We can’t wait for our next delicious adventure together! 💙

This week our students had the sweetest time at our Happy Valentine’s Baking Class! ❤️

Something sweet to bring to their loved ones at home 🥰

What we made:

✨ Fancy Valentine’s Chocolate Bark ~ rich dark and creamy white chocolate topped with red & pink sugar hearts, freeze-dried strawberries, crunchy walnuts, and pumpkin seeds and more.

✨️ Homemade Sugar Cookies dipped in silky dark or creamy white chocolate and decorated with everyone’s own creative flair.

✨White & Dark Chocolate Bonbons — little bites of pure happiness.

The lessons were full of energy, smiles, and learning magic! ✨ The students jumped right in and had an amazing time exploring new words, thinking carefully, and putting their skills to the test through hands-on and interactive games. Everyone got involved and showed off their growing confidence. It was wonderful to see how excited the students were as they learned through play and teamwork.

✅Activities we organised:

1. Vocabulary/picture check Activity ~
The students looked at the pictures and had to match them with the correct vocabulary/pictures on the form. This activity helped practicing vocabulary and build strong word recognition skills.

2. Yes or No Game ~
Students listened to simple questions and decided whether the answer was “yes” or “no.” This encourage critical thinking and improves listening skills.

3. Cup Stacking Activity ~
The students stacked numbered cups by following an example card. This activity supports fine-motor skills, concentration, and number recognition.

Our amazingly creative students got busy folding, shaping, and designing the most cheerful blooms you can imagine from cupcake liners. The room was full of colors, imagination, and big smiles as their baskets began to come to life.
