We are excited to announce a 6-week international short course on:
Politics of Health, Health Diplomacy, and Policy for Global Health
📅 19 April – 29 May 2026
📍 Hat Yai, Songkhla, Thailand
Organized by the PSU Center for Global Health Research and Innovation (C-GHRi), this course will bring together participants from different countries and professional backgrounds to explore key global health challenges and policy solutions.

✔ Digital health, AI, and medical innovation
✔ One Health, food and nutrition security, and animal health
👩🏫 The course will be taught by faculty members from 7 PSU faculties:
Medicine, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Science, Agro-Industry, Engineering, and Science.

Seminar on “Digital Health and Medical Innovation for Health Systems and Population Well-being”
The C-GHRi, Prince of Songkla University, together with Taskforce 5: Research and Innovation for Global Health and Wellness, led by Prof. Tippawan Liabsuetrakul, Director of C-GHRi, organized a regional seminar for Southern Thailand entitled “Digital Health and Medical Innovation for Health Systems and Population Well-being.” The seminar was held for the Hub of Talent for Health Innovation and Technology Network Center, funded by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and managed by Associate Professor Dr. Duangporn Krittachanchai from Mahidol University.
The seminar brought together over 70 experts from various fields to share and discuss the needs and approaches to strengthening the impact of digital technology and innovation platforms, as well as medical innovations for disease prevention and control, quality of healthcare, stakeholder participation, and ethical considerations, with the goal of improving population health and well-being.
