Hi everyone^^ did u have a good weekend?. Today it was the first day for teaching deaf children. we were extremely excited. For our teaching,we seperated in 2 group. In the morning 9 am-11.30 a.m, Mathayom2 and in the afternoon we started from 12.30- pm-3 p.m, Pathom 4. Today we were really enjoy teaching because we saw all of children's smiling.Moreover, children gave us a name for sign language .For our name the deaf children gave us by looking our appearance and the first letter of nickname , we were very glad and pleased for getting a name of sign language. Today we teach them about color after we taught them a color we let them matched the color pictures and vocabularies. When they can remember vocabularies about color,we let them competed by we writing the color in Thai and let them fill in blank on the board in English. Before we thought that it's difficult to remember vocabularies for them because they can not pronounce, but you know they spent time for 5 minitues to remember.
Anyway, today we can see a lot of problem, the major problem is communication. It's very hard for teaching when we want to order them to do something. Sometimes, they looked confused because the sign language that we try to use are different from their language. If we use wrong,the meaning is exactly change. So ,we have to ask and learn sign language from our supervisor. The first day for teaching we can completely say that we are so tired since, we stood for teaching for 6 hours, we have to be patient because they can not speak and can not listen,everything is quite quiet.However, from the first day of teaching it's worth to go there;hence;we can learn that being a teacher is not easy like a dream. Being a teacher is such a hard work . . Hope u have a nice weekend. Have a sweet dream.^^

Good Afternoon everyone , we will start service learning next week . Our missions are fun and lots of activities to deaf children such as English games . We hope it makes them happy to do like that.
