ขอเชิญผู้สนใจสมัครเข้ารับทุนการศึกษา“Australia Awards Mekong-Australia Partnership (AA-MAP)” ประจำปีการศึกษา 2027

รัฐบาลออสเตรเลียประกาศมอบทุนการศึกษา “Australia Awards Mekong-Australia Partnership (AA-MAP)” ภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศลุ่มน้ำโขง-ออสเตรเลีย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขงให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและครอบคลุม รวมถึงร่วมดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและรับมือความท้าทายข้ามพรมแดนร่วมกัน โดยได้เสนอมอบทุนการศึกษาเต็มจำนวนให้แก่บุคลากรของไทย จำนวน 10 ทุน เพื่อศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท ณ ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ประจำปีการศึกษา ค.ศ. 2027 ในสาขาวิชาหลัก ได้แก่

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. บุคคลสัญชาติไทย ไม่เป็นพลเมืองสองสัญชาติ หรือถือสัญชาติอื่นเพิ่มเติม

2. พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 24 เดือน ก่อนวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2569 (ยกเว้นการเดินทางระยะสั้น)

3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานแบบเต็มเวลาอย่างน้อย 24 เดือน ก่อนวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2569

4. มีผลสอบภาษาอังกฤษระดับอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ และเป็นผลทดสอบหลังวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2568 ได้แก่ (1) IELTS Academic คะแนนรวมอย่างน้อย 6.5 โดยแต่ละทักษะไม่ต่ำกว่า 6.0 (2) TOEFL iBT คะแนนรวมอย่างน้อย 84 โดยแต่ละทักษะไม่ต่ำกว่า 21 หรือ (3) PTE Academic คะแนนรวม

5. เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่มีคุณวุฒิเทียบเท่าระดับปริญญาตรีของออสเตรเลีย

9 คำแนะนำสำคัญ เมื่อเราได้รับอีเมล ให้ไปสัมภาษณ์ ทุน Chevening ครับ
1. ให้รีบตรวจสอบวัน เลือก Slot ที่เหมาะกับเรามากที่สุด ตามหลัก First come , first serve บางท่าน อยากสัมภาษณ์ วันแรก ๆ บางท่าน ต้องเลือก ช่วงวันท้าย ๆ แล้วแต่สิ่งที่เราคิดว่าเหมาะสม และหากลงลึกในรายละเอียดลงไป ถึงช่วงเวลาของวัน หากเราสามารถเลือกได้นั้น ควรเลือก ตามสิ่งที่เราคิดว่า เหมาะกับเรา เช่น เลือก Slot สัมภาษณ์ ช่วงเวลา เช้า เพราะ ปกติช่วงเช้า เราสมองปลอดโปร่งมากๆ บางคนเลือกช่วงบ่าย เพราะ จะได้ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องการเดินทาง ไปยัง สถานที่สัมภาษณ์ เป็นต้น
2. ตนตัวของเรา ความคิด การแสดงออก Passion ของเรา ที่แสดงออกไปในวันสัมภาษณ์ มีความสำคัญมากๆ และมันควรสอดคล้องและ เป็นสิ่งเดียวกันกับ Essay ที่เราได้ส่งไป สร้างความประทับใจให้กรรมการ ในวันสัมภาษณ์ เหมือนกับที่เราได้สร้างความประทับใจ ให้กับกรรมการผ่าน Essay ที่เราเขียน และใช้โอกาสนี้ ยืนยันว่า เราในวันสัมภาษณ์ คือ คนเดียวกันกับคนใน Essay จริงๆ
3. ปีนี้เป็นปีแรก ที่ทาง ทุน ให้ส่ง Essay ทั้ง 4 หัวข้อ จำนวนคำแค่ 1200 คำ น้อยกว่าปีก่อน ซึ่งให้จำนวนคำถึง 2000 คำ ซึ่งเราก็จะได้ใช้ โอกาส ในการสัมภาษณ์ นี้ อธิบายเรื่องราว ต่างๆ ใน Essay ให้ชัดเจนมากขึ้น ได้ เติมเต็มข้อมูล และเนื้อหาต่างๆ ที่เราอยากนำเสนอ แต่ไม่ได้อธิบายลงไปใน Essay ทำให้ทางคณะกรรมการได้เข้าใจตัวตนของเรามากขึ้น เห็นความฝัน ความตั้งใจของเรามากขึ้น ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์
4. เลือกรูปแบบ และกระบวนการในการฝึกซ้อม สัมภาษณ์ ให้เหมาะกับตัวเรา ทั้ง ทำ Mock interview / การอัดเสียงของเราเอง ที่มีเนื้อหาของ Essay แล้วนำมาเปิดฟัง เพื่อจดจำเรื่องราวของเรา ให้แม่นยำมากขึ้น
เพราะ จากวันที่กดส่งใบสมัครทุนไป ระยะเวลา มาหลายเดือน อาจจะมีการหลงลืมประเด็นสำคัญๆ ไปบ้าง วางแผนการฝึกซ้อม ให้เหมาะกับเรา หากเราทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อม หรือในองค์กรที่ไม่ได้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นภาษาหลัก อาจจะต้องให้เวลา ในการฝึกซ้อม ให้มากขึ้น เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการฟัง การพูด และการจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษให้ดีที่สุด ในวันสัมภาษณ์
5. ใช้เวลาที่เหลืออยู่ ก่อนจะถึงวันสัมภาษณ์ ให้เกิดคุณค่ากับ การสัมภาษณ์มากที่สุด ทั้งในส่วนของการเตรียมตัวสัมภาษณ์ และรวมไปถึง การออกไปทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ การออกไปสร้าง Networking ใหม่ๆ สิ่งเหล่านี้ อาจจะเป็น ข้อมูลสำคัญ ที่เรา อาจจะได้ใช้ตอนวันสัมภาษณ์ ก็เป็นไปได้
6. เป็นผู้ฟังที่ดี เพื่อจับประเด็นคำถามที่ทาง คณะกรรมการในห้องสัมภาษณ์ ได้ถามเรา การตั้งใจฟังคำถาม และ สามารถเข้าใจ คำถามของทางคณะกรรมการ เป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากๆ และ อย่าลังเล ที่จะถามกรรมการ หาก เรายังไม่เข้าใจในคำถามนั้น จริงๆ เพื่อที่ว่า เราจะได้ให้คำตอบ ตรงประเด็น กับสิ่งที่กรรมการ อยากทราบ มากที่สุด
7. สร้างความรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย ในระหว่างการสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งในประเด็นนี้ จากประสบการณ์ของแอดมิน ทางกรรมการ ท่านก็ช่วย ทำให้เราไม่รู้สึกกดดัน อยู่แล้ว ตอนที่แอดมินไปสัมภาษณ์ ก็พยายามคิดว่า ไปพูดคุย และนำเสนอตัวตนของเราให้กับ เพื่อนใหม่ ได้ฟัง แต่ยังคงความสุภาพอยู่
8. ในการสัมภาษณ์ เราในฐานะผู้ถูกสัมภาณ์ นอกจะต้องตั้งใจฟัง ในคำถาม และตั้งใจตอบคำถามให้ดีที่สุดแล้วนั้น ควรสังเกตทางคณะกรรมการด้วย เช่น หากเราพยายามจะตอบคำถาม โดยที่เรา ไม่ได้เข้าใจ ประเด็นคำถามจริงๆ ตั้งแต่แรก แต่เราก็พยายามจะ นำเสนอในสิ่งที่เรา อยากพูด หรือ ตอบออกนอกประเด็น ให้ทางกรรมการฟัง โดยที่ ไม่ตรงกับสิ่งที่ทางกรรมการ ได้ถามไปในตอนแรก ทางกรรมการท่านอาจจะ พยายามถามคำถาม เพื่อให้ เรากลับเข้าสู่ประเด็นมากขึ้น เราควรสังเกตให้มากขึ้น และ รีบตั้งสติ กลับเข้าสู่เกมส์ กลับเข้าสู่การสัมภาษณ์ ให้เร็วที่สุด
9. ระยะเวลาในการสัมภาษณ์ จะใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 40-45 นาที หรือ ไม่เกิน 1 ชั่วโมง มันคือ เวลาที่สำคัญที่สุด หรือ ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ที่เราจะได้ แสดงตัวตนของเรา ความฝันของเรา การอยากสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อสังคม ต่อชุมชน ของเรา โดย การได้ทุน Chevening จะถือเป็น ก้าวสำคัญ และ ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ ทำให้ฝันของเรานั้นเป็นจริงครับ

9 Key Tips When You Receive a Chevening Interview Invitation
1. Check the interview date immediately and select the most suitable slot for you. Interview slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Some candidates prefer to interview early, while others feel more comfortable choosing later dates — it depends on what works best for you. If you can choose a specific time of day, select the time when you perform at your best. For example, some people prefer morning interviews because they feel more mentally fresh, while others choose the afternoon to reduce travel-related stress.
2.Be authentic — your mindset, expression, and passion must align with your essays. Your personality, thoughts, and passion shown during the interview are extremely important. They should be consistent with what you presented in your essays. The interview is your opportunity to create the same strong impression you made through your written application and to confirm that the person in the interview is truly the same person behind the essays.
3.Use the interview to expand on your essays, especially with the reduced word limit this year. This year, Chevening reduced the total word count for all four essays to 1,200 words, compared to 2,000 words in previous years. This means the interview becomes even more important as a space to explain your stories in greater depth, add details you could not include, and help the panel better understand who you are, your ambitions, and your motivation.
4.Choose a practice method that suits your learning style. This may include mock interviews or recording yourself answering questions based on your essays and listening back to them. This helps you remember your key stories clearly. Since several months may have passed since you submitted your application, it is normal to forget some important points. If you work in an environment where English is not the main working language, you may need to dedicate more time to practicing listening, speaking, and comprehension to perform at your best on interview day.
5.Use the remaining time before the interview as effectively as possible. Prepare thoroughly, but also take opportunities to join activities and build new networks. These experiences may become valuable examples or discussion points that you can use during your interview.
6. Be a good listener and fully understand each question. Carefully listening to the panel’s questions is crucial. If you are unsure about a question, do not hesitate to politely ask for clarification. This ensures that your answer directly addresses what the panel truly wants to know.
7.Stay relaxed and treat the interview as a professional conversation. From experience, the Chevening panel usually helps create a supportive and non-intimidating atmosphere. Try to think of the interview as a conversation where you are sharing your story and ambitions with new professional contacts, while maintaining appropriate professionalism and respect.
8.Observe the panel and stay on track. If you misunderstand a question and start answering off-topic, the panel may try to guide you back to the main point. Pay attention to these signals, refocus quickly, and bring your answer back to what was originally asked.
9.Make the most of the 40–60 minutes — it is your most important opportunity. The interview typically lasts around 40–45 minutes, or up to one hour. This is the most valuable time for you to present who you are, your dreams, and your desire to create positive change in your community and society. Receiving the Chevening Scholarship can be a major milestone and a key factor in turning those dreams into reality.

กล้าฝันใหญ่ และ อย่ากลัวที่จะล้มเหลว

เราทุกคนต่างก็มีความฝัน และแต่ละคน ต่างก็มีรูปแบบของความฝันที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ความฝันเล็กๆ ความฝันขนาดกลางๆ ไปจนถึงความฝันใหญ่ ๆ
สำหรับ ความฝันในการไปเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ สักครั้งในชีวิต ก็คงเป็นความฝันที่ยิ่งใหญ่ สำหรับหลายๆ คน เมื่อเรากล้าที่จะตั้งความฝันของเรา ให้มันยิ่งใหญ่ สิ่งหนึ่งที่เราอาจจะมองข้ามไม่ได้ก็คือ การกล้าที่จะล้มเหลว เลือกที่จะลงมือทำ เก็บความผิดพลาดต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นไว้เป็นบทเรียน

ความล้มเหลว อีกอย่างก็คือความล้มเหลวจากการถูกปฏิเสธ ในการขอทุน หรือ จากทางคณะ หรือ มหาวิทยาลัยที่เราอยากเรียน เราอาจจะสมัครทุนในครั้งแรกไม่ได้ เราก็เก็บบทเรียนต่างๆ มาปรับใช้ในครั้งที่สอง Essay เราอาจจะยังไม่ชัดเจนเพียงพอ เราก็กลับเอามาปรับแก้ไข ในการสมัครครั้งที่สอง และถึงการสมัครครั้งที่สอง เราก็ยังไม่ได้อีก เราก็อาจจะต้องมาวิเคราะห์ดูว่า เราผิดพลาดตรงไหน หรือ สิ่งที่ทุนเขามองหานั้น เรามีครบถ้วนหรือยัง และถึงแม้ ว่าเราจะพยายามเพียงใด ให้ได้ทุนใดทุนหนึ่งมา จนเรารู้สึกว่า ประตูบานนี้ มันปิดแล้ว จริงๆ แต่ ความพยายามต่างๆ ที่เราได้ลงมือทำไว้นั้น ทั้งทักษะทางด้านภาษา การเขียน Essay สมัครทุน การเขียน SOP เพื่อสมัครมหาลัย มันก็อาจจะเชื่อมไปสู่ ประตูแห่งโอกาสอื่นๆ หรือ ทุนอื่นๆ ได้เช่นเดียวกัน หนทางความสำเร็จ ไม่ได้มีเพียงเส้นทางเดียวจริงๆ
นร.ทุน หลายคนที่เราเห็นว่าพวกเขา ประสบความสำเร็จนั้น มันเป็นเพียงยอดภูเขาน้ำแข็ง เท่านั้น ยอดแห่งความสำเร็จ ความสมหวัง แต่สิ่งที่อยู่ภายใต้ นั้น เต็มไปด้วยความล้มเหลว ความท้อแท้ ความผิดหวัง ครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า

We all have dreams.
And each of us dreams in different ways—small dreams, medium-sized dreams, and big dreams.
For many people, the dream of studying abroad at least once in their lifetime is a truly big one.
When we dare to dream big, there is one important thing we cannot overlook: the courage to fail—the courage to take action, to make mistakes, and to turn those mistakes into valuable lessons.
Failure may come in many forms.
It might be failing a language proficiency test such as IELTS or TOEFL.
Our language background may not be as strong as others’.
We may not achieve the required score on our first attempt.
We are allowed to feel discouraged—but we must not give up.
We may fail again and again, but each failure gives us an opportunity to learn:
Did we practice enough?
Were we truly prepared?
Did we give our best effort in preparing for the exam?
Do not compare yourself to others.
What matters most is your own progress.
Another form of failure is rejection—being turned down for a scholarship, or by the faculty or university we dreamed of attending.
We may not succeed in our first scholarship application, but we can learn from it and improve for the second attempt.
Perhaps our essay was not clear enough—we revise it.
If the second attempt still does not succeed, we analyze what went wrong:
What is the scholarship committee truly looking for?
Do we meet all the criteria yet?
And even if we try our hardest for a particular scholarship and eventually realize that this door has truly closed, the efforts we made—our language skills, our scholarship essays, our Statements of Purpose—may still lead us to other opportunities, other doors, other scholarships.
There is truly more than one path to success.
Many scholarship recipients we admire represent only the tip of the iceberg—the visible peak of success and fulfillment.
What lies beneath is filled with repeated failures, discouragement, and disappointment.
They have all experienced pain.
The difference is that they chose not to give up after just a few failures.
They did not cling to only one definition of success or one single path.
Instead, they searched for a path that truly suited them.
They are ordinary people—just like all of us—who dared to dream and were not afraid to fail.
Finally, I would like to send my encouragement to everyone who dreams of studying abroad, who dares to take action, and who dares to face failure.
Keep going. Your journey matters.

กลายเป็นคุณค่าที่เรานำไปแลกเปลี่ยนกับเพื่อนร่วมคลาส
โดยเฉพาะในการเรียนสาย Social Science หรือ สายสังคมต่างๆ
บทเรียนจำนวนมากไม่ได้อยู่แค่ในตำรา
แต่อยู่ในชีวิตจริงที่เราเคยผ่านมา
อย่ากลัวคำว่า “อายุมาก”
ในคลาสของผมมีเพื่อนอายุห้าสิบกว่า
และนั่นคือเรื่องปกติของการเรียนรู้
สาม — เราเรียนช้าลง แต่ลึกขึ้น
ยอมรับตามตรงว่า
การเรียนรู้ในวัยนี้อาจไม่รวดเร็วเหมือนคนที่อายุน้อยกว่า
แต่สิ่งที่เพิ่มขึ้นคือความรอบคอบ
เรากลับไปอ่าน
กลับไปทบทวน
ใช้เวลากับตำราและบทความมากขึ้น
อายุที่มากขึ้นอาจต้องใช้ความพยายามมากขึ้น
แต่ความพยายามเหล่านี้
ไม่เคยทำร้ายใครเลย
สี่ — เราใช้เวลาที่มีอย่างรู้คุณค่า
เมื่อได้มาเรียนต่อต่างประเทศตามความฝัน
ไม่ว่าจะมาด้วยทุนส่วนตัว
ทุนรัฐบาล
หรือทุนมหาวิทยาลัย
เราจะรู้ดีว่า
เวลานี้มีค่า และมีจำกัด
เราไม่รู้ว่าจะมีโอกาสกลับมาอีกหรือไม่
วัย 35++ จึงทำให้เรา
บริหารเวลาอย่างตั้งใจ
ใช้ทุกวันให้คุ้มค่าที่สุดต่อตัวเอง
ทั้งหมดนี้
คือบทเรียนที่ผมได้เรียนรู้
จากชีวิตที่ผ่านความผิดหวังมามากกว่าความสมหวัง
และยังเลือกจะเดินต่อ
จนได้มาเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ
ในวัย 37 ปี
หวังว่าบทความนี้
จะเป็นกำลังใจเล็กๆ
ให้กับใครก็ตาม—โดยเฉพาะคนวัย 35++
ที่ยังไม่ยอมทิ้งความฝันในการเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ
และขอทิ้งท้ายอีกครั้งด้วยประโยคเดิม
ที่ผมเชื่อเสมอว่าเป็นความจริง
“ไม่มีใครแก่เกินเรียน
และความพยายามไม่เคยทำร้ายใคร”

No One Is Too Old to Learn, and Effort Never Hurts Anyone
Many people choose to pursue their studies abroad at a young age
from their mid-twenties to early thirties.
At that stage of life, energy is abundant,
languages are learned quickly,
and the heart is brave enough to try, fail, and try again without much fear.
Yet beyond that group,
there are many others—
myself included—
who only began their journey of studying abroad
in their late thirties.
An age that may not feel as vibrant as the twenties.
The mind may not run as fast.
The body may not be as resilient.
But it is also the age at which we understand ourselves the most.
This article is an invitation—especially to those aged 35 and above—
who are standing on the path toward their dream of studying abroad, to take a moment and see the 4 advantages of starting this journey later in life, through my own lived experience.
First — We study what we truly want to study.
Choosing to study at this age is not about following trends,
nor about pursuing what others say is “good.”
It is about knowing ourselves well enough to understand
what we lack,
what we want to develop,
and where our true passion lies.
The decision to study becomes a choice made genuinely from the heart.
Second — Life experience is a powerful asset in the classroom.
Past work and life experiences
turn into conversations,
perspectives,
and valuable insights we can exchange with classmates.
Especially in Social Sciences and related fields,
many lessons are not found only in textbooks,
but in the real lives we have lived.
Do not be afraid of the word “age.”
In my class, I had classmates in their fifties—
and that was perfectly normal in the world of learning.
Third — We may learn more slowly, but we learn more deeply.
Honestly speaking, learning at this age may not be as fast as for younger students.
But what we gain instead is thoughtfulness and care.
We reread.
We reflect.
We spend more time with textbooks and academic articles.
As age increases, effort must increase as well—
but such effort
has never hurt anyone.
Fourth — We value time and use it wisely.
When we finally get the chance to study abroad, fulfilling a long-held dream— whether through personal funds,
government scholarships,
or university grants— we deeply understand that time is precious and limited.
We do not know if we will ever have this opportunity again.
That is why, at 35+,
we manage our time with intention
and try to make every single day as meaningful as possible for ourselves.
All of this is what I have learned from a life that has known more disappointment than success, yet still chose to keep moving forward— until I was able to study abroad
at the age of 37.
I hope this article offers a small piece of encouragement
to anyone—especially those aged 35 and above—
who refuse to let go of their dream of studying abroad.
And I would like to end once again with the same sentence
that I truly believe to be real:
“No one is too old to learn,
and effort never hurts anyone.”
