26th April 2025 တွင် Insight Research Corner မှ ပြုလုပ်သော Post-disaster Need Assessment Training တွင်မျှဝေဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သော အကြောင်းအရာများဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်အကြောင်းအရာများသည့် ဆွေးနွေးသူ အာဘော်သာဖြစ်၍ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ကြသည့် မိတ်ဖတ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အာဘော်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။ နမူနာပြဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သော ဓါတ်ပုံများသည် online မှ ရရှိသော ဓါတ်ပုံများသာဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ကိုမှ ထိခိုက်စေလိုခြင်း အလျင်းမရှိကြောင်း သိစေအပ်ပါသည်။ Video လင့်ကို ကွန်းမန့်မှာ ပေးထားပါတယ်။

ဆွေးနွေးမည့်ဆရာကတော့ ယူကေနိုင်ငံတွင် Retrofit Assessor အဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသော ဆရာဦးကျော်မြတ်ဟိန်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆရာသည် မြို့ပြအင်ဂျင်နီယာတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် အဆောက်အဦများဆောက်လုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်မွန်းမံခြင်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ဆယ့်လေးနှစ်ခန့်ရှိသူဖြစ်ပြီး လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် Retrofit Assessor ၊ Domestic Energy Assessor အဖြစ်သာမက Algebra International Group ၏ Principle Consultant အဖြစ်ပါ ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

We are thrilled to announce the team members, chosen trainers and participants for the AGRi-Adventure (Myanmar to Thailand): Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Mae Sai Agritourism Excursion Program! 🌱✨✨

🌱As this is a preliminary study trip, the program is limited to 8 people, and further future plans will be carried out depending on the availability of funds and the excursion’s anticipated societal benefits.

🌱Participant selection for the excursion is not based on individual merit. Instead, it focuses on alignment with the program's studies, attendance and active engagement in Online and In-person sessions, willingness and ability to share industry and agricultural knowledge, and the potential contribution, scaling-up and economic empowerment impacts towards the communities

🌱During the AGRi-Adventure Myanmar to Thailand study trip, we will be visiting and exploring Organic farms Botanical gardens, Universities, Research Centers and New Technologies, Socially beneficial Agri-businesses, in Chiang Mai, Chin Rai and Mae Sai for gaining more insights into sustainable practices, access to network and regional market opportunities.

Farmers, Producers and Vendors all around Myanmar are invited to participate “𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐢-𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝” program which is implemented by Real Youth Initiate and in partnership collaborations with SMEBi University and Grow Future Project, aiming to foster the constant development of the economic, social and environmental skills among farmers, producers of vegetables, fruits and horticulture, and their communities. 🌱🌍
The “𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐢-𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝” program is being implemented with A Decade of YSEALI Small Grant awarded by the U.S. Embassy - Jakarta, Indonesia and the Biji-biji Initiative.

Real Youth Initiate is an internationally recognized Social Enterprise that has been reusing its 100% of profit in social and environmental projects.

1. Basic Hygiene and Practices for maintaining a clean market environment
2. Essential Basic communication skills for customer service
3. Essential Basic Sales and Marketing Skills
4. Awareness about financial frauds and retirement planning
5. Understanding the impact of pesticide and fertilizer residues on human health and the environment
