3. He moves his toothbrush up and down and back and forth.

4. To rinse his mouth, he takes some water
ပါးစပ်ကို ဆေးကြောဖို့ ရေယူတယ်။

5. He swishes it back and forth in his mouth and spits it into the sink.

6. He rinses off his toothbrush.

7. Then he puts it back in the toothbrush rack.
