คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาฯ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิสร์ แสงโชติ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาฯ ได้รับรางวัลผลงานคุณภาพ NRCT Quality Achievement Award จากสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569

จากผลงานวิจัยเรื่อง “ภาระหนี้ของบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์การระดมทุนผ่านหุ้นกู้และผลกระทบ ภายนอกของการเทขายสินทรัพย์ในราคาต่ำกว่าที่ควรเป็นอย่างเร่งด่วน” (สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์)

Chulalongkorn Business School successfully hosted the CBS International Symposium on Governance and Stewardship 2025, bringing together global leaders in corporate governance, family business research, and capital market development. The half-day event sparked insightful conversations on how board structures, incentives, and stewardship practices shape trust and resilience in Thailand’s capital market—especially during a time when long-term governance plays a critical role in economic stability.

Two keynote speakers set the stage:
Professor Emeritus Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Stock Exchange of Thailand, discussed Thailand’s evolving market landscape and the importance of governance in building market confidence.

Professor Steen Thomsen from Copenhagen Business School offered global perspectives on corporate stewardship and how governance frameworks influence investor trust and firm value.

A highlight of the symposium was the panel on Family Business Resilience & Stewardship, featuring experts from INSEAD, University of Copenhagen, CUHK, and senior leadership from Kasikorn Asset Management. The panel explored topics including:
• the unique governance challenges in Asian family businesses
• how stewardship practices support intergenerational continuity
• the link between market regulation, transparency, and investor behavior
• the role of asset managers and capital markets in strengthening corporate accountability

This symposium reaffirmed CBS’s commitment to bridging academic research with real-world market impact, and to nurturing a community of students and professionals who aspire to shape the future of finance, governance, and sustainable leadership.
