This should be a year in which the Rohingya people in the camps and across the continents raise awareness about human trafficking and do whatever it takes to protect the Rohingya from being killed at sea and at the hands of human traffickers. Too many Rohingya have lost their lives in the past years.

I deeply honor my friends and Rohingya teachers whose dedication made this achievement possible. The launch of the consolidated board exam in the camp is a historic step—it will not only raise the standard of education in the camps but also serve as a vital foundation for building a strong and self-reliant Rohingya community.

After eight long years, this is one of the most meaningful and hopeful milestones for our people in the camps.

Education is what will bring us dignity, strength, and freedom from oppression.
