Bill Conway was the heart and soul behind the The 29th International Montessori Congress in Thailand, a momentous event that united the global Montessori community. His vision and tireless dedication brought our shared mission to life, creating an unforgettable experience that highlighted Thailand’s role in the Montessori world.

From the entire Montessori community in Thailand, we are deeply grateful for Bill’s warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support. This congress was more than an event—it was a gift to all of us, a reflection of his belief in the power of education to change the world.

With sadness, the Montessori Association of Thailand (MAT) offers our deepest condolences for the passing of Archan Bill Conway in America due to a heart attack.

Archan Bill's contribution to the development of Montessori is beyond words. He has our upmost respect and thankfulness for all his efforts and energy in forwarding Montessori education in Thailand. May his soul be in peace and granted a highly and everlasting place in the heavenly realm.
