Building and visualizing 🦕
This week, students constructed dinosaur skeletons and translated what they observed into drawings. A simple way to connect structure, form, and scientific thinking.

From concept to creation 🚢
This week, students explored reflection and how submarines use periscopes to see above water. They designed and tested their own models, connecting science with real-world application.

Learning like real scientists 🦕
This week, students acted as paleontologists, excavating dinosaur fossils and learning how scientists study the past through evidence. Building observation and inquiry skills through hands-on exploration.

Understanding adaptation 🌿
Students studied camouflage, exploring how and why animals blend into their surroundings. This helped them understand key concepts in adaptation, environment, and survival.

From experimenting with ingredients to discovering how textures can transform through simple science, it was great to see the kids fully engaged throughout the session.

The small group setting allowed them to explore, observe and learn through hands-on activities.

STEMWerkz was pleased to be part of the Global Education Innovation Forum Myanmar 2026, hosted by RVi Group .

The forum brought together educators and practitioners to explore how AI is shaping the future of teaching and learning — with an increasing focus on practical applications in real classroom environments.

At STEMWerkz, we shared our approach to combining hands-on STEM experiences with simple AI-enabled tools, supporting students in developing problem-solving skills rather than passive consumption.

It was a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives and contribute to the ongoing development of AI in education across the region.

Today’s STEM session was full of excitement! 🌋
Students learned about volcanoes and their concepts, then created their own volcano using newspapers shaped by hand. A fun and engaging way to learn through doing!

A different kind of weekend experience for kids and parents 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We’re hosting a small Cooking & Science Workshop for Kids (Ages 6–12) by STEMWerkz and set inside an authentic Myanmar tea house experience on the Sukhumvit line.

Children will:
• create their own fun food experiment
• explore ingredients up close
• discover how everyday food transforms through simple science

At the same time, parents can enjoy a relaxed cultural setting inspired by Myanmar food traditions and flavours.
