𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭?
A school programme refers to an activity or initiative implemented by your school — whether ongoing or newly initiated — in the classroom or with the wider community.
👉 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐭.
This programme may include:
▪ classroom-based learning activities
▪ student-led projects
▪ school-wide initiatives
▪ collaborations with parents or the community
Your submission should clearly show:
▪ what the programme is about
▪ how students are actively involved
▪ how students learn through real-life experiences
▪ how the programme benefits the school or community
👉 It does not need to be new — both ongoing and newly initiated programmes are welcome.
👉 If your school is already doing something meaningful, you can submit that existing programme.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦?
Not when it sits in a report.
But when educators know how to 𝑢𝑠𝑒 it.
At the SEA-PLM Capacity-Building Workshop — 𝐹𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝐹𝑟𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝐶𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑟𝑜𝑜𝑚 𝑃𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑒 — representatives from Ministries of Education across Southeast Asia worked together to turn learning assessment results into real-world decisions:
🔵 mapping assessment results to curriculum
🔵 strengthening support for teachers
🔵 shaping reforms grounded in evidence
This is where capacity building matters most — bridging the gap between what we 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 and what we 𝑑𝑜.
Because better data alone doesn’t improve learning.
Better 𝑢𝑠𝑒 of data does.
And that shift is bringing evidence closer to where it truly matters: the classroom.

SEA-PLM is not just generating evidence — it’s helping countries 𝑢𝑠𝑒 it.
In the Philippines, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam, National Steering Committees are turning learning assessment results into concrete action:
🔵 aligning curricula
🔵 strengthening teacher development
🔵 improving formative assessment
🔵 targeting support where learners need it most
This is where data comes alive — not as numbers on a page, but as better decisions, better teaching, and better learning for every child.
Because evidence only matters when it changes what we do next.
