Many of our clients have hard time helping their kids back home or finding a local babysitter who speaks fluent English or Chinese. Working as a child caretaker and babysitter is a very social job.

You will be interacting with kids all day. You don’t have to be an extrovert to work as a child caretaker, but it certainly does help.

Having a high level of social skills will go a long way towards helping you establish rapport, build trust and otherwise nurture a strong, open relationship with your baby in care/ clients .

These interpersonal skills will help not just you but your kids as well. As playing is the way kids learn, Interacting with a child caretaker can help them learn.
