Dear customers and friends of natural dog food,

Due to current staffing constraints, we will need to make some adjustments to our production process.

Our popular Ready-to-Feed BARF packs will now be produced on fixed production days – every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

To ensure we can plan accordingly, please check your feeding intervals and place your order at least 5 days in advance.

As the BARF packs are made exclusively for you, we would like to ask you to make the payment through bank transfer at the time of ordering.

If you don’t need the packs immediately after the production day, we will, of course, store them for you as usual, and you can pick them up at your convenience.

We’re happy to hear that your dogs enjoy our food and look forward to continuing to serve you and your four-legged companions.

aufgrund aktueller personeller Engpässe sehen wir uns veranlasst, unsere Futterproduktion organisatorisch etwas anzupassen.

Die Herstellung unserer beliebten „Ready-to-Feed“-BARF-Packs erfolgt künftig an festen Produktionstagen – jeweils am 1. und 3. Mittwoch eines Monats.

Wir bitten Sie daher, Ihren individuellen Futterbedarf frühzeitig zu prüfen und Ihre Bestellung mindestens 5 Tage im Voraus bei uns einzureichen, sodass wir Ihre Bestellung zuverlässig in die Produktionsplanung aufnehmen können.

Da die BARF-Packs ausschließlich auftragsbezogen für Sie produziert werden, bitten wir um Überweisung bei Bestellung im Voraus.

Sollten Sie die Abholung nicht direkt am Produktionstag einrichten können, ist das selbstverständlich kein Problem – wir lagern Ihre Bestellung gerne wie gewohnt für Sie ein. Die Abholung ist jederzeit flexibel möglich.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass unser Futter Ihren Hunden so gut schmeckt, und danken Ihnen herzlich für Ihr Vertrauen. Es ist uns eine Freude, Sie und Ihre Vierbeiner weiterhin versorgen zu dürfen.
