มาสรุปประสบการณ์ Internship 1 ที่เข้มข้นสุดๆ ในเดือนพฤศจิกายนที่ผ่านมาค่ะ! 📝💻

คุมชั้นเรียนแบบมือโปร: ฝึกใช้เทคนิค 'แรงบวก' (Positive Reinforcement) รับมือกับเด็กๆ ที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้ห้องเรียนเป็น Safe Zone และช่วยให้เด็กๆ มั่นใจที่จะพูดภาษาอังกฤษมากขึ้น

ไม่ใช่แค่สอน แต่เรียนรู้งานระบบ: ได้ลองทำภาระงานนอกเหนือจากในห้องเรียน ทั้งงานธุรการและงานเอกสารของหมวดภาษาต่างประเทศ บอกเลยว่างานเบื้องหลังก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน!
