At the Maison des Jeunes in Dapaong, entrepreneurial momentum continues to grow. This second day immersed participants in digital communication, marketing, and crowdfunding, essential tools for building resilient and competitive businesses in today’s economy.

Through hands-on training and interactive workshops, entrepreneurs strengthened their personal branding, explored how artificial intelligence can enhance content creation, and learned to transform their smartphones into powerful production tools. A highlight of the day was the creation of Amazon seller accounts, providing a concrete gateway for African entrepreneurs to access global markets.

DYEL reaffirms its mission: to equip a new generation of business leaders with practical digital and innovation skills to drive sustainable growth.

Plus qu’une formation, le DYEL vise à équiper une nouvelle génération de leaders économiques capables de développer leurs entreprises, conquérir de nouveaux marchés et contribuer à une croissance durable.

Dès le lancement, les participants ont plongé dans des sessions pratiques sur le leadership, la résilience, la création de contenus, l’intelligence artificielle et l’innovation, animées par des experts nationaux et internationaux. Une initiative qui renforce également la coopération économique entre le Togo et les États-Unis.

Le mercredi 05 février 2026, la Maison des Jeunes de Dapaong a accueilli la cérémonie de lancement du projet Digital Young Entrepreneurs Labs (DYEL), une initiative de la Fondation Academy Des Leaders dédiée au renforcement des compétences entrepreneuriales et digitales des jeunes togolais.

La cérémonie s’est tenue en présence de M. FLINDJO Kossi, 1er adjoint au Maire de la commune Tône 1, M. KOMBATE SANWOGOU S., Secrétaire Général de la préfecture de Tône, M. Bahania Dambtal, Coordonnateur régional DYEL Savanes, et M. Oboubé Aimé Tossah, Coordonnateur national du projet et Fondateur de la Fondation Academy Des Leaders, ainsi que du Trésorier Général du GAAT, des alumni des programmes d’échanges du Département d’État américain et des 10 entrepreneurs sélectionnés.

Le DYEL vise à équiper une nouvelle génération d’entrepreneurs avec des compétences pratiques en digital, innovation et leadership, tout en renforçant la coopération économique entre le Togo et les États-Unis.

Cette initiative marque l’engagement des jeunes entrepreneurs de la région Centrale en faveur d’un développement durable et responsable. Au-delà du digital et de l’innovation, DYEL forme aussi des leaders conscients de leur rôle dans la protection de l’environnement et le bien-être de leurs communautés.

On December 18, 2025, at the Centre Pastoral Saint Kisito in Sokodé, the 10 young entrepreneurs from the Central Region experienced a pivotal day of the 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐬 (𝐃𝐘𝐄𝐋), focused on 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The day began with an energizer and soft-skills strengthening session led by 𝐀𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞́ 𝐆𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐩𝐨, followed by a strategic discussion on the importance of the English language and access to international opportunities (YALI Learn) 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐢̈𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐎𝐮𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚-𝐍𝐲𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞 and 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐊𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲. Participants then moved into hands-on learning through workshops on AI-driven automation, smart use of WhatsApp Business, and managing Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns via smartphone, led by 𝐎𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐞́ 𝐀𝐢𝐦𝐞́ 𝐓𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐡, strengthening their ability to run efficient, modern businesses.

The afternoon featured an inspiring session by 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐤 on the role of entrepreneurs as ambassadors of change, followed by the development of personalized monthly digital action plans, ensuring sustainable application of the skills acquired. The day concluded with the official closing ceremony and certificate awards, celebrating participants’ commitment and progress.

🚀 𝐃𝐘𝐄𝐋 – 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝟐 𝐀̀ 𝐒𝐎𝐊𝐎𝐃𝐄́ | 𝐋𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 🇹🇬

Ce 17 décembre 2025, au Centre Pastoral Saint Kisito de Sokodé, les 10 jeunes entrepreneurs du Digital Young Entrepreneurs Labs (DYEL) ont vécu une journée intense dédiée à la communication digitale, au marketing et au financement participatif. Dès le matin, l’énergizer animé par 𝐀𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞́ 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐩𝐨 a renforcé la cohésion du groupe, avant une immersion stratégique dans le marketing digital des PME, le personal branding et l’intégration de l’IA, conduite par 𝐎𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐞́ 𝐀𝐢𝐦𝐞́ 𝐓𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐡. Les participants ont ensuite mis la théorie en pratique à travers la création de contenus professionnels (photos, vidéos, IA) via smartphone, puis découvert comment lever des fonds en ligne grâce au crowdfunding avec 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨. La journée s’est conclue par un exercice clé : la création de comptes vendeurs Amazon, ouvrant les portes du marché international aux entrepreneurs togolais par 𝐎𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐞́ 𝐀𝐢𝐦𝐞́ 𝐓𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐡.

Le but du projet Digital Young Entrepreneurs Labs est de renforcer les compétences numériques, entrepreneuriales et professionnelles des jeunes afin de leur permettre d’être compétitifs dans une économie transformée par l’intelligence artificielle. À travers cette initiative, nous contribuons à renforcer la coopération togolaise-américaine et à incarner la nouvelle diplomatie publique des États-Unis orientée vers l’autonomisation des jeunes et l’innovation.
