SBYA - Togo is a youth initiative operated with a view to engage the youth generation into the ideas and activities of social business. It started its journey with only student members from 2 universities and 5 fellowships in Togo led by séwonou k. ADOHOUN – a One Young world ambassador and employee of ILO inspired by Professor Muhammed Yunus’s in the One Young World Summit 2012 in Pittsburgh (Pen
nsylvania) .This led to a connection and collaboration with SBYA CEO – Shazeeb Islam. It is currently in a booming state and is greatly expanding to other universities and fellowships within the country. The source of the inspirational threshold of SBYA TOGO is our current youth inspired by the youth entrepreneurship, as well as the ideology of social business. Our primary purpose is to interprete and brainstorm upon the concept of social business among the students from the core of the education system as well as members in the corporate world. SBYA TOGO believes that once social business ventures and ideas are combined, poverty will surely take its rightful place in the museum's history books where it belongs, for the sake and well-being of all humanity. SBYA TOGO works with SBYA African countries wings and the great SBYA Global core based in Bangladesh as well as the Yunus centre and all the partners.
