.. بناء الانسان ..

مشروع بناء الانسان هو احد مشاريع نطاق المجتمع بالغرفة الفتية الدولية دمشق, يهدف الى تسليط الضوء لأهمية ادراج مادة القيم الانسانية ضمن المنهاج التعليمي للمدارس لاعداد و تأهيل جيل قادر على بناء المجتمع السوري.
لذلك قمنا بتطبيق المبادرة ضمن شريحة من 40 طالب في كل من مدرسة الاسية و روضة كراميل من خلال عدة انشطة معدة لاصال قيم (الصدق, الاحترام و المرونة) بطريقة مناسبة للاطفال.
لاحظنا أهمية و ضرورة تدريب الطفل منذ الصغر بأشراف المدرسة و بطريقة عملية لأن التطوير و التغير يبدأ من بناء و تعزيز القيم الانسانية لدى افراد المجتمع وبالاخص عند الجيل الصاعد و بطريقة تراكمية…
لذلك المدرسة اهم مكان للتدريب على صقل هذه المهارات الانسانية.

BENAA AL ENSAN Project is one of the community area’s project in the JCI Damascus, which aims to shed light on the importance of including human values ​​within the educational curriculum of schools to prepare and qualify a generation capable of building the Syrian society.
Therefore, we implemented the initiative within a group of 40 students in each of Al Assay School and Caramel Kindergarten through several activities designed to establish values ​​(honesty, respect and flexibility) in a manner appropriate for children. We noted the importance and necessity of training the child from childhood under the supervision of the school and in a practical way because development and Change begins with building and strengthening human values ​​among members of society, especially among the younger generation, and in a cumulative manner…
Therefore, school is the most important place for training to refine these human skills.

لأن التطوير والتغيير الإيجابي بأي مجتمع يبدأ من بناء وتعزيز القيم الإنسانية لدى الأفراد..👌
تم إطلاق مشروع #بناءالإنسان الذي هدفه إدخال القيم الإنسانية إلى المدارس و المنازل، كما قمنا بتطبيق نشاط الذي ركز على فكرة إظهار مشاعر الحب والإمتنان للأشخاص الذين يقدمون المساعدة للأطفال وتطوير هذه المشاعر من خلال هذا المشروع ❤️

استمرار الغرفة الفتية الدولية دمشق ضمن نطاق المجتمع العمل بالنشاطات ضمن مشروع "بناء الإنسان" بالنادي الصيفي لمدرسة الاسية حول "تعزيز قيم الصدق، الاحترام والمرونة" لطلاب الصف الأول و الثاني.
هذا الاسبوع تم تقديم مسرحية لتعزيز قيمة المرونة عند الاطفال.
بالاضافة الى مشاركة شركة المبتكرون الأوائل مقدم خدمة أثر باص لتنظيم عملية نقل طلاب المؤسسات التعليمية عبر تقنية GPS في سوريا بالنشاط كشريك داعم للمشروع.

JCI- Damascus held within the framework of the community area continues to work with activities within Benaa Al Ensan project (Building Human Personality) project at the Summer Club of the Asia School on "Promoting the values of honesty, respect and flexibility" for first and second graders.
This week a play was presented to improve the value of flexibility within children.
In addition to the participation of the first innovators company, Athar bus service provider to organize the transportation of educational institutions students via GPS technology in Syria, as an active partner in support of the project.

قامت الغرفة الفتية الدولية دمشق ضمن نطاق المجتمع بالبدء بالتدريبات ضمن مشروع "بناء الإنسان" بالنادي الصيفي لمدرسة الاسية حول "تعزيز قيم الصدق، الاحترام والمرونة" لطلاب الصف الأول و الثاني.
الهدف من التدريبات و الأنشطة هو تعزيز هذه القيم لدى الأطفال وهم الفئة المستهدفة بالمشروع.

من مراحل تطور النشاط : 😉
سوف يسأل الطلاب لمن سوف يعطون الهدايا، ويجب على المربي ان يوجه اختيارات الاطفال لاظهار شعور الامتنان.❤️

موضحا لهم أنه يجب أن يكون هؤلاء الاشخاص من الذين فعلوا اشياء جيدة لهم، وأن هذ وسيلة لإظهار الامتنان لهم.😊

نظرا لأهمية تعزيز القيم الإنسانية والأخلاقية لدى الأطفال أقامت الغرفة الفتية الدولية دمشق ضمن نطاق المجتمع بدمشق تدريبا ضمن مشروع "بناء الإنسان" لـ 12 عضوا من أعضائها حول "تعزيز قيم الصدق، الاحترام والمرونة" على مدى أسبوع وذلك بالشراكة مع DMarketing lines & Kabour International Group / مجموعة كبور الدولية ومركز Golden Age
قام المدرب أسامة قلفة بتدريب الأعضاء حيث تضمن التدريب العديد من الأنشطة التفاعلية التي تعزز القيم الإنسانية لدى الأطفال.
الهدف من تدريب الأعضاء هو تمكينهم على تدريب أطفال المدارس وهم الفئة المستهدفة حول هذه القيم وتعزيزها لديهم.

In view of the importance of promoting human and moral values among children, JCI- Damascus held within the framework of the community area in Damascus a week long training as part of Benaa Al Ensan project (Building Human Personality) for 12 of its members on “Promoting the values of honesty, respect and flexibility”. The training was in partnership with DMarketing lines, Kabour International Group / مجموعة كبور الدولية and Golden Age.
Trainer Osama Kalfa, has trained the participating members, and it included many interactive activities that promote human values for children.
The main goal of this training is to enable the members to train school children who are the target group in order to promote these values.

الجزء الثاني من مراحل تطور النشاط : 😉
سوف يعطي المربي العديد من النماذج بحيث يكون لدى الاطفال فكرة عن ما يمكن أن يصنعوه، وهو سوف يريهم كيفية عملها إذا كان ذلك ضروريا و سوف يتأكد من أن اطفاله قد تمكنو من صتع رمز واحد على الأقل ليستطيع أن يقدمه او يصوره و يرسله عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بمساعدة المربي لشكر الشخص الذي يريده من استاذ او طبيب.....❤️
The second part of the activity development stages:
The parent will give many models so that the children will have an idea of ​​what they can make, and they will show them how to do it if it was necessary and will make sure that their children have managed to crack at least one symbol to be able to provide or photograph and send it through social media with the assistance of the parent to thank the chosen person (teacher, doctor, etc.)😆

من مراحل تطور النشاط:

سوف يشرح المربي الهدف من الجلسة، لعمل الرسومات، والبطاقات، وعلامات الكتب، و بحيث يتم اطراء الشخص أو الأشخاص الذين يريدون أن يظهروا لهم الامتنان و سوف يشرحون أيضا لماذا اختاروا هذا الشخص.👌
وسيؤكد أن هناك طرقا أخرى لأظهار الامتنان وأنهم سوف يتعرفون عليها في أنشطة أخرى.❤️

The of the activity development stages:
The parent will explain the purpose of the session, to make drawings, cards, book tags, in order to compliment the people they want to show gratitude for, they will also explain why they chose this person.😌
It will also emphasize that there are other ways to demonstrate gratitude and that they will learn about them in other activities.

أهم أهداف #نشاط " هدية لشخص مميز" هو تطوير في مشاعر الامتنان لدى الاطفال لأولئك الناس الذين يهتمون بهم ويعلمونهم.❤️

The most important of "A Gift to a Special person" activity is to develop feelings of gratitude in children to those people who care for them and teach them.😊
