Redeemer Primary School Announces New Leadership Structure

On Friday, 17 July 2026, Redeemer Primary School officially announced its new school leadership structure following appointments made by the School Board of Directors. This important initiative is aimed at strengthening school governance, enhancing academic leadership, improving administrative efficiency, and ensuring effective service delivery across the school.

The newly appointed leadership team includes:

- Headteacher: Mr. John Boyoi Gogol
- Deputy Headteacher: Mr. James Lokine
- Director of Studies: Mr. Sebit Bolis Kengen
- Finance Officer: Ustaz Jowang Kuzuit Moru
- Deputy Finance Officer: Mr. Mark Adoch

Redeemer Primary School Conducts Teachers' Orientation Session

Redeemer Primary School successfully conducted a one-day teachers' orientation session aimed at strengthening teachers' professional capacity, enhancing instructional skills, and providing academic guidance for effective curriculum delivery.

The session was facilitated by the School Director, Ustaz James John Lilshow, who emphasized the importance of professionalism, quality teaching, and adherence to the South Sudan General Education Standards. He encouraged all teachers to actively engage in the orientation and apply the knowledge gained to improve classroom instruction and learners' academic performance.

The Director further urged teachers to uphold professional ethics, prepare lessons effectively, maintain discipline, and remain committed to delivering quality education in line with the national curriculum.

Teachers welcomed the initiative and expressed their appreciation to the school management for organizing the orientation. Director of Gender and CMD, Team Leader Mamma Lili, Visits Redeemer Primary School to Strengthen Child Rights

Today, Redeemer Primary School had the privilege of hosting the Director of Gender and Christian Mission Development for an official visit aimed at assessing and strengthening the promotion and protection of child rights within the school community.

The meeting was held on the school premises and brought together school leadership, teachers, parents, and learners to discuss the school's commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.

The discussion focused on the following agenda:

1. Welcome and introductions.
2. An overview of child rights and their importance in education.
3. A presentation on how Redeemer Primary School is currently implementing and upholding child rights.
4. A discussion on areas where further improvements can be made.
5. Strategies for ensuring continued adherence to child rights principles within the school.
6. Agreement on next steps and follow-up actions.

As part of the visit, the Director engaged directly with students, teachers, and parents to gather their views, experiences, and recommendations regarding the promotion of child rights in the school. The interactive discussions provided valuable insights into existing good practices as well as opportunities for continued improvement.

We congratulate all the schools that participated in the inter-schools competition organized by HELP A CHILD. We are proud of the effort and determination shown by the Redeemer Primary School team despite our semi-final exit.
However, we would like to express our disappointment with the way the competition was organized. We expected a higher level of planning, coordination, and professionalism from HELP A CHILD and the officials. A well-organized competition ensures fairness, consistency, and a positive experience for all participants.
We sincerely hope HELP A CHILD will reflect on the challenges experienced during this event and make the necessary improvements in future competitions. Constructive feedback is essential for growth, just as competition is essential for learning.
To our team, keep your heads high. One defeat does not define your potential. We will learn, improve, and return stronger.
