ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW ACADEMIC YEAR INTAKE (2025/2026)

The Administration of Kuajok Health Sciences Institute (KHSI) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for admission into the following Diploma Programs for the Academic Year 2025/2026:

🎓 Available Diploma Courses
1. Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Public Health
2. Diploma in Nursing
3. Diploma in Midwifery
4. Diploma in Nutrition
5. Diploma in Pharmacy
6. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science

🧾 Admission Requirements
1. Must possess a South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or its equivalent.
2. A science background (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English) is highly encouraged.
3. Must be physically and mentally fit for medical and health sciences training.
4. Additional requirements may be communicated during the screening process.

🖊️ Application Procedure
1. Application forms are available at the Academic Registrar’s Office, Kuajok Health Sciences Institute.
2. Submit the completed form with the following documents:
• Photocopies of academic certificates and transcripts
• Birth certificate or National ID
• Two (2) recent passport-size photos
3. Pay a non-refundable application fee of 30,000 SSP upon submission.

📅 Deadline for Application: 29th December 2025
📅 Interview Date: 5th January 2026

Public announcement:

The Administration of Kuajok Health Sciences Institute would like to announce to the general public that we are accepting the applications for the academic year 2023-2024 intake.

Interested applicants are invited to pick the
application form during our working hours in our offices at Kuajok state Hospital, Twic county Health department -Turalei, and Tonj South County Health department –Tonj town

Programs offered in our institution:
1. Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Public Health 3 years
2. Diploma in Registered Midwifery 3 years
3. Diploma in Registered Nursing 3 years
4. Diploma in Pharmacy Technician 3 years
5. Diploma in Medical laboratory Sciences 3 years

Requirements for interested applicants:

1. Must be a South Sudanese with National ID
2. Sat for Science section with a minimum pass in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
3. Must come with the copy of Secondary School certificate or its equivalent
4. Also come with Non-refundable application fee of 7,000 ssp

The application process starts from 1st to 30th November 2023
The time for picking application forms: 8:00AM-5:00PM.
