For students learning to drive from the start an easy thing to remember is your ABC. From right to left Accelerator Brake and Clutch. Then just remember to use your left foot for the clutch only and use your right foot for the accelerator and the brake.
If you driving an automatic the same rules apply just use your right foot on your brake and accelerator. Don’t use your left foot to brake.
